This is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath 3-story private house that sleeps 11 people. There are two balconies that face in the direction of Sail Bay. One of the balconies has a gas BBQ on it that makes it very accessable to the kitchen.brbrWe have a carport that will hold 3 medium size vehicles and an enclosed single-car garage for your use (total parking 4 vehicles). Inside the garage we have bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella stroller and various beach toys for your use.brbrOur front and back yards are completely fenced. The front yard has a patio table and chairs. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.brbrSan Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits. brbrDrugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited.
