Pt Loma Paradise: Remodel - Pool – Game Room – WOW!

The management team does a great job responding to questions and any issues. The home is in such a great location. Easy to get to the beaches, walk to a Mexican restaurant or hop on the freeway. The backyard is lovely, and the game room downstairs is nice. We had a good time here.

The owners were easy to communicate eith and met all of our needs. The property was fantastic. Kids and adults loved it. We will certainly stay here agsin!

Family trip with grandparents, two young families, two toddlers and a baby. Location convenient to beach, Liberty Station Market, and groceries. We spent most of our time relaxing at the house and in the pool, that was great.

We stayed at this property for 10 days with our adult children (9 of us). The accommodations were perfect for our group. We spent a fair amount of time at the property just chillin, enjoying the pool, hot tub and fire pit. The property is centrally located so we could easily spend a day at the beach and an evening in the Gaslamp District. The house was very clean and well stocked. The hosts are very professional and responsive. We did have an accident while we were there and the hosts were very supportive. They sent staff to help us out on Father’s Day!

House was set up perfectly for our large group, easy to navigate, many options for group or individual activities and very close to the ocean. Very minimal to no disruptions or noise from the street or neighboring houses and ample parking both dedicated and on the street. We held several celebrations, including a college graduation and a marriage proposal and all deemed the venue perfect. Owners/Management Team was responsive, proactive and easy to contact. Wonderful time, thank you!

The house accommodated our group of 8 adults well! The outdoor area really can't be beat. Hosts were responsive when needed and house was well equipped and in a good location.

We rented this property for my extended family (8 people, ages 6-83) to attend my son's wedding. The house is spacious, very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The property is conveniently located to the airport, grocery stores, restaurants and a short drive to downtown. My grandchildren loved the pool, hot tub and game room. We played endless games of air hockey when we were not outside enjoying the large backyard. Everything was as advertised and definitely exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for everyone to get together for meals and hang out, but still plenty of space for separate activities if that was desired. The one very minor issue we had was quickly resolved with a phone call. We would definitely go back here again!

Our family had a wonderful spring break in San Diego. This home was a great location to get to everything we had planned. Safe, comfortable and great amenities. We'd love to come stay again.

This property was fabulous! Everything in the listing was there and it was even better than we expected! Checkin was super smooth. We were worried the rooms would be small as there are 5, but it was plenty spacious! We had 6 adults, 2 kids, and a newborn and we all had plenty of room. We had the pool heated and it was a perfect 85 degrees! Our boys loved swimming in it even when the air was chilly (and it was sprinkling out!). We had a couple of questions for Michelle when we arrived and she was incredibly prompt about responding and getting things done. The game room was a hit with the kids (and grownups!). Truly no complaints! Great property and great hosts!

Spent just under a week at the rental for both business and pleasure. Held multiple days of meetings there and it provided comfortable space to get our work done. The hot tub also provided the much needed breaks and the ample bedrooms accommodated us well. The rental manager responded to our requests very quickly and we were very well satisfied with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Me and my family (9 adults and 1 child) spent 4 wonderful days at the house. I was surprised about how big the rooms were, much better than what it looks in the pictures, we all had enough room and felt comfortable. We spend a lot of time in the middle playing room and jacuzzi. All of our activities (zoo, mall, Coronado beach, Balboa Park) were just 15-20 min away so we didn't have to spend a lot of time in the cars, that made our vacations on San Diego some of the best ones we've had. The house was really clean and organized. Checking inn was really easy. Internet was great. Beds were great. Communication with the host was easy. We felt like the price was great for what we got and will definitely be my first option for my next visit to San Diego. A few things that you should considere if you have a large group like us: * No large showers because hot water runs quickly. * The house has a lot of dishes but a little short for the breakfast for the whole group.

We wanted for nothing. The house is very well equipped. Great location!! The back yard is amazing!! After a long day with little kids it was a great way to unwind with a quick dip in the pool and hot tub. We definitely recommend and hope to revisit.

The property owner and managers were very responsive to any questions or issues. The place was great, well located, clean and very, And professional. The only thing I would suggest is to include a password for the Wi-Fi. There wasn't one which presents a security risk for your guests- it's a rather easy thing to incorporate. . But did not feel like this was strong enough to downgrade the place as it was absolutely amazing. ..professional.And

The place itself was clean and had an incredible backyard. Everything was as advertised, and the neighborhood had a lot to offer. It was my first time staying in San Diego, and this property proved a great home base to explore.

Over all the property met or exceeded our expectations. Inside was excellent and outside was very special with pool and hot tube,etc.Communications with property management dealing with one issue was resolved very professionally.We all had a great time.

This was an excellent choice for our recent stay. Every detail was thought of, something for everyone. Very clean house, great amenities. We really loved the pool area and yard games to entertain the kids. The gas firepit was so nice, too. Location was great, close to everything, really nice neighborhood. We hope to make it back to San Diego again soon, and would definitely choose this house again!

The property was just as great as it looked in the photos. It was perfect for a family (6 adults, 4 kids) to play in the pool and relax in the hot tub, cook meals together, play air hockey in the game room, and talk at the dining room table. The gas fireplace in the living room was a nice touch, perfect for hanging out in the evening. Even though the previous guests had left some mess and damage, the property manager was very responsive, ensured everything was clean, and handled minor repairs perfectly as we were getting settled.

This place was perfect for our group. It gave us the opportunity to enjoy the SD weather outdoors and have plenty of space for our group of 10. We also enjoyed the perfect location in SD as it was in the middle of all of our destinations for our trip. I highly recommend this company and this location!
