️ SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
• Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor) – King bed, sleeps 2, shared ensuite bathroom, bay views.
• Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor) – King bed, sleeps 2, shared ensuite bathroom, bay views.
• Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor) – Queen bed, sleeps 2, private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 (1st Floor) – Queen bed, sleeps 2, open suite with access to patio and boardwalk.
• TV Lounge (2nd Floor) – Queen sofa bed, sleeps 2.

Optional 4th Floor Penthouse Upgrade:
• This home also features a private top-floor penthouse master suite available as an optional upgrade. This stunning fifth bedroom includes a king bed and breathtaking panoramic bay views. The penthouse can be added to a reservation for an extra cost. If the upgrade is not requested in advance, this level will remain locked and inaccessible during your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW
• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards.
• Pool Heating: Available for $100 per day. Guests must request pool heat in advance as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach temperature. A 3-night minimum is required for pool heating.
• Stairs: All bedrooms are located on upper or lower levels and require stairs to access.
• The garage is not available for guest use.
• There is a fourth floor of the home that is not pictured and not available for guest access unless requested and added in advance for an additional fee.
• A separate e-sign agreement, ID verification, and credit card verification are required to complete booking.
• This home is equipped with a noise monitoring device in the main living area that monitors decibel levels but does not record sound.
• Exterior security cameras are present on the property.
• This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is best suited for respectful, quieter groups. Excessive noise, parties, smoking, illegal substances, or over-occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Like many other coastal homes in the area, there is no AC. Guests may use fans and windows to allow airflow as needed.

    6 of us stayed at this beach house and had a terrific time. The kitchen is well appointed for 6 people - and multiple decks were available for ocean views and people watching, which was entertaining. Beach houses are notoriously hard to keep clean - especially the outside areas. Leave us some cleaning supplies and I will help! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this beach house for 6-8 people. Fun time!

    In an Aug 2024 stay in this lovely home, my family and I enjoyed a fabulous week on Sail Bay right at the beach. The home is a great home with the ability to have the pool, access to the beach and great surrounding areas of San Diego. My family was disappointed about some aspects of the cleanliness of the home. We found that the young children with us had filthy feet from walking barefoot around the floors. It was also a real shame that the views from the pool and the balcony were not as great due to the uncleanliness of the glass surrounding the property. The down stairs bedroom (the 4th bedroom) shouldn't really be listed as a bedroom as it is a poorly converted mudroom as its the only room with entrance from the pool and beach area. Having a stair case in the middle of a bedroom is really an indication it was a converted room. There are no windows that can be left open overnight in the room, and there was an odor in the bathroom from sewage. Overall, this house has the ability to be everything a family would want a San Diego vacation to be. I hope some constructive criticism works to make this home the potential it has! With the correct attention and fixings, we would be tempted to return again!

    Beautiful location with many nearby attractions. House was large and for most part great for us. Few things that family traveling with had minor complaints with was cleanliness (surface clean overall but areas that could use a little more deep clean), the amount of cleaning supplies there (bought some and left for next guests), as well as this might of been our overlooking no AC. Lower bedroom/bathroom was very warm/humid. Other than those few things we truly enjoyed our stay and responsiveness of rental company was excellent.

    Overall the stay was great. The location was amazing. I did feel it was priced a little high for the actual house. My husband and I had to take the bedroom on the bottom floor as the other kings had small bathrooms or adjoining bathrooms. There was a stale odd odor in our room We had to go out and buy air freshener and we sprayed a lot.

    The property is gorgeous, and the management team was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, personable and accessible for any needs we had - before we arrived, during and even after. I will certainly want to stay at this property again and will definitely seek properties managed by Coast Vacation Homes. We took our two teenagers and a friend of theirs each to this property and they had the best time. Easy walkable location to do a lot. Beach and pool right there. Best trip ever!

    We had a wonderful experience. The hosts were very communicative and the house was as advertised. The pool was a great piece for us after a long day of hitting the sites and the kids really enjoyed being so close to the beach. Great times were had by all!

    Nice modern and well-kept house, comfortably slept four couples. Very quiet neighborhood with some walkable amenities. Only disappointment was that the spa, a key amenity, wasn’t working. Equally disappointing was no offer of compensation- waiving the pool heating fee might have been fair. Easy parking, great views including sunsets.
