This spacious ocean view family home is all about indoor and outdoor living and it's just a 4-minute walk from the beach! You’ll find it has just about every amenity needed for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. brbrThe entry opens up to the main living space and a wall of windows to the patio outside. There are two living rooms, one upstairs and one on the main level, each with comfy sofas and TVs. The large, open kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, along with a breakfast bar and plenty of seating in adjacent dining room. There are plenty of windows that bring in natural light and, in the evenings, you’ll enjoy the warmth of three fireplaces.brbrThere are several outdoor areas; so while it’s nice for everyone to all be together, it’s also nice to have separate spaces for privacy and relaxation. On the ground level patio is a large outdoor dining table, lounge area with a fire pit and a bubbling hot tub for a warm soak after a day in the cool ocean. The second level terrace has direct ocean and coastal views and is equipped with another lounge, fire pit and sun lounges.
