The rental unit is a private entrance first floor unit. The space features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 walk in closet. Living, dinning and kitchen are layed out in a welcome open space. It is very comfortable for 1-3 people.brbrThe Point Loma and Shelter Island areas are some of the most prestigious areas of all of San Diego. You'll enjoy incredible access to the scenic harbor front and marina in a very calm and peaceful dead end street with no traffic, high end neighborhood. You will enjoy a brief walk to the village for shopping, restaurant, fishing, bayside parks, yacht clubs, Shelter Island, and many attractions and recreational amenities. brbrMy husband and I (Ping and Jane) are your hosts. We live upstairs in the main house on the property. We will be good resource for questions about things to do around area. The bedroom's 4k Smart TV has a build in Roku, in addition, we provide Netflix.brbrCompared to most homes on the coast does not have air conditioning, we just installed AC to add more value and comfort to our guests.brbrThe unit is thoroughly cleaned between each stay.
