SUMMARY
We invite you to our remodeled beach home located steps to Mission Bay Aquatic Center and just across the street from the Ocean in North Mission Beach! This convenient single level ground floor unit offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 guests, and features such amenities as air conditioning, exclusive outdoor fenced sun patio, wood flooring, dog friendly (unfortunately no cats), & 2 parking spaces.

INTERIOR
As you step into the main front door entry you're greeted by a wonderful open floorplan main living area, an ideal setting for entertaining & visiting with your entire group.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a center bar with bar high seating for 2, granite countertops, gas range, & dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a dining nook with seating for 4 people as well as the living room with a cozy sofa sectional and accent chair, mounted flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and an outdoor sun deck with views out to the bay and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or a toasting a glass of wine to the sunset. Rounding off the main living area is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

In the master bedroom there is a Queen bed, mounted TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, dual vanities, and side x side washer and dryer. Bedrooms 2 has a Full bed with a TV.

PARKING
We offer 2 covered carport parking spaces located off the alley and fit most mid sized vehicles. Note – street parking is permitted at no fee, and there are several nearby public parking lots for additional vehicles.

Other highlights include side x side washer and dryer and beach amenities including beach chairs, and boogie boards. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    Very surprisingly large bedrooms. Beautiful place well furnished. Nice patio and BBQ. Great location to bay and beach. Restaurants and bars within a block. I brought my dog and there was a great park at the Mission Bay Aquatic center across the street. The place has all you need, and I highly recommend. If I could offer one piece of advice to future guests it would be to bring all your own condiments ....salt, pepper etc.

    Highly Recommend for 4-6 people looking to walk the bay, beach, and restaurants. We also wanted our own outdoor space that was fenced for our dog, and not too pricey. This place perfectly fit the bill!! We would rent again

    Good for four people. Lots of places walkable from location and close to boat launch and beach. Be prepared for busy street and very tight parking. Noise from upstairs was quite loud.

    The house was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4. We make this trip yearly and this house was by far a favorite. The location is great. We were able to park for the week and walk everywhere we needed to go. I do recommend that you empty all valuables from you vehicle because at no fault to the property someone went by and broke out our back window. We loved the patio and hanging out on the bayside in the evenings where it is definitely more calm then staying on the beach side of Mission. Highly recommend Saltwater Culture Coffee that is just steps away for your morning coffee before you stroll the beach.
