This spacious 4-bedroom 3.5-bathroom home is the perfect layout for two families to enjoy. Enter the house through a cozy courtyard where you can listen to the birds while enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. Just inside the front door is one of the two family rooms. This room will take you back in time and give you things to talk about as you check out the old artifacts on the shelves.  This is a great room to put on the game on the 65 TV while shooting a game of pool or playing a little foosball. There is also a perfect table and plenty of cards for a game of poker or a family board game.  The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes for 12 people. The dining room table has space for 8 people.  This home has 3 large bedrooms and an office that has been converted into a kid's room. The three large bedrooms all have their own private bathrooms allowing plenty of privacy and space to spread out. The laundry room is just off the kitchen area and is also the half bathroom. Across the hall from that is the kids room. The kids room has twin bunk beds and a twin trundle for a total of 4 twin beds. Just at the end of this hallway is the first of the master bedrooms with a king bed and a love seat. The private bathroom has a large standing shower with two shower heads and a separate toilet brroom. Head over to the other end of the house and you have a second family room with a wood burning fireplace, a large sectional couch and a TV. This room is nice and bright with glass French doors leading to the courtyard and three sets of glass French doors leading to the backyard pool area. Down the hallway is the next bedroom that sleeps four people with two queen beds. The attached bathroom is the only shower/tub combo in the house. The last and final bedroom is at the end of the hallway. This room is located at the back of the house and has a king bed, a love seat and of course its own private bathroom. br brThe back yard has more outdoor patio furniture to relax in when you're not swimming in the huge pool or relaxing in the spa. There is also a basketball hoop out on the tennis court for anyone interested in shooting some hoops. This house has something for everyone. Let's not forget, this house is located just 4 blocks from La Jolla Shores beach and Kellogg Park, the most kid friendly beach in La Jolla.
