The bathroom and small closet are located in the back of the space and are closed off by a pocket door. It's a small space, but we think it's perfect for one or two people. Curl up on the bed with a book or stream your favorite show on the Smart TV as the evening quiet settles in.brbrOutdoor Amenities: Feel free to use the jacuzzi, infrared sauna, and gas firepit. This space is shared with the hosts, but we do respect your privacy when using it. Our policy is no outdoor amenity use between the hours of 10PM–7AM to respect quiet hours for our neighbors.brbrWe have free street parking in our neighborhood and on our street. It can get crowded at night. Let us know if you are going to be checking in late, and we can leave our driveway open for you. Other than that, we do not provide a dedicated parking spot. This is an urban neighborhood where street parking is the norm.brbrOther things to note: The unit has no air conditioning, but comes with a space heater for colder days and multiple fans. Most homes in our neighborhood don't have AC, as we rarely have enough hot days to warrant needing it! There's a strong ceiling fan to keep the air circulating, and we also have a standing/tower fan and mini personal fan for your use. With the nice breeze that kicks in almost every day around 5PM, we hope you'll stay nice and cool in the evenings with the windows and doors open to let the air in. Our hottest time of year is end of July to early September, although we can still have some hot days through early October.brbrWe live in a busy city neighborhood near the airport. We aren't directly in the flight path, but you may hear some airplane noises between the hours of 5AM and 10PM. If the noise bothers you, we recommend closing the windows and turning on the fan—the hum of the fan tends to soften the outside sounds and makes for a peaceful night’s rest.

Our goal is for this to be the nicest vacation rental on the beach and based on the reviews we believe we have succeeded. brbrThere is no reason to rent a condo with people beside and above you when you can rent this stand alone cottage on a very peaceful court.brbrParking is a one car garage with an 8' wide opening and will fit a vehicle up to 17'. brbrWe have limited the occupancy of our one bedroom one bath cottage to two adults. It is the absolute perfect place for a couples getaway. If you want to have friends over we limit the additional guests to 4 being a total of 6.
