We had a wonderful stay. Just a few hiccups…we couldn’t get the tv’s in the bedroom’s to work. Have trouble with email info, and got locked out when key pad malfunctioned. Phone calls were answered promptly when we did have issues and were resolved quickly.

Natalie did a really good job communicating with me and was very helpful!

Great location in Newport just south of the pier and a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to great food options. The south of the pier side of Newport tends to be less crowded and we definitely could tell the difference and really loved the location. Very clean, spacious and modern condo. Great for one larger family or split with another couple. Loved it!! Property manager Natalie was great to work with!

We loved the location, close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The house needs a few updates the couch definitely has seen better days, also not sure if the floors got mopped but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Loved the location. It was close to the beach (just one structure away). Also, near the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, bike rentals and shops. The property itself was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It fit all of our needs with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen was well equipped. The communication was quick from the property manager. I hope to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Can walk to the beach and restaurants. Downside is the bottom unit doesn’t have a patio. Upstairs units have balconies you can sit on and enjoy the weather and view. Gets a little stuffy in the unit.Beds were comfy, kitchen had what we needed, nice to have beach gear and boogie boards. Toilet in bathroom in en-suite room was loud. Would recommend this place and would stay again.

The place was so clean and well kept up for the beach. Things can get a little sticky and damp at the beach. Loved the location and we had really good neighbors too. We stayed one week and would love to stay there again someday.

Another awesome Newport trip. The location of this unit couldn’t be more convenient. Everything you need is in walking distance. Beds are comfy, couch is comfy. Kitchen is stocked. Definitely recommend.

We had such a great time staying at this place in Newport Beach! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach, great restaurants, and shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Natalie was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It really felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Newport!

The house was in prime location, clean, well supplied and well maintained. We all had a great time for the weekend there.

This rental was great for our family of 5 plus our teens friend. The beach is super close which made lugging your gear and snacks to and from easy. Great restaurants, shops, coffee house a one minute (or less) walk away. Parking was easy. The unit itself was very clean, had every thing you need to prepare meals and the beds were very comfortable. We are definitely marking this spot for a future stay. Plus if you are Catholic, there is a sweet little church a ten minute walk along the beach away.

My family of four and my cousin and his family of 4 stayed over Labor Day weekend. The location is awesome. The rooms are spacious and the fact they all have their own bathroom was very nice. They had beach toys to use which made our stay even better. We enjoyed the beach all day and relaxed in the hot tub at night. A truly wonderful trip and wonderful place to stay!

The house was so nice clean and spacious. The location was awesome. Beach was near by along with so many restaurants and shops around San Clemente. 5 star stay!

Property was fantastic and as described. Comms with management company were fantastic. Great location and the house setup is ideal for a large group. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was a nice touch. Bride and bridesmaids had plenty of room and natural lighting to get the hair and makeup done. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The location was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place close to the beach.
