A fresh feeling kitchen with stainless Wolf range, stainless farmhouse sink, butler pantry and multiple serving areas with quartz counter-tops make entertaining a dream. Surround sound and dimmable LED lighting for comfortable sleep and beach dreams on summer nights.



The second level has three generous ensuite bedrooms and 2 decks including an attractive master suite with a private deck and a master bath with large tub, dual vanity and seamless glass shower stall. Customized garage provides a creative play area. There is a convenient parking slot behind the garage for your car.

    We had an absolutely amazing time in this home it’s so close to the beach and the port and a ton of food options the house was great for our family with all rooms having separate bathrooms and very clean and styled will with a game room for the kids highly recommend

    Nice place, walking distance to ocean. Spacious home with large master bedroom and bathroom. Liked how close it is to the Balboa Ferry and shops by the Pier. Updated kitchen and they were very accommodating in allowing us to park our second car in their garage that they converted into a ping pong/ hang out place. Their queen bed is very soft, other beds are more comfortable.

    We come every year and have stayed in several homes. This was our favorite one! Although not ON the beach, it’s literally across the street and 1 min walk to Fun Zone. Space for everyone and came with plenty of supplies. Really nice place. Very clean and updated. Will def stay here again.

    Awesome location just a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. Get a bike and you won’t need to drive your car anywhere. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed and was spacious enough for 6 adults. The island was perfect for meals and card games at night. Check-in was simple and straight forward. The door code was provided to us as soon as we could check in

    I would say that are stay was interesting. Location: The good. Located close to several amenities (wharf, some stores, restaurants). The bad, the neighborhood is a mix of nice houses and straight up run down apartments with some sketchy folks living right next door. Also, parking is super tight if you car doesn't fit in the provided garage. Reminded me of college having to hunt down a spot. On a positive it seems like everyone in the neighborhood has a live and let live mentality, just not what we were expecting. The House: The house was not clean upon arrival. My wife took her shoes off and within minutes her feet were black with dirt. Also, the house smelled super bad like stale beer, like a part house, also reminded me of college. Additionally, there is like zero privacy in the house, only a few windows have shades (the electric shade downstairs is a joke and nearly impossible to operate) and there was no shades pretty much anywhere else, anyone walking by can see directly into the house and there was no privacy from the neighbors. However, the worst was the master though...there is a ton of light that showers in all night, we had to use pillows to blockade it. Everything was just okay, kitchen wasn't fully stocked and we had some issues with the master bathroom getting hot water to the sinks. This home was marketed as luxury and new and it's neither. It would be acceptable as a muti-family party house for vacation perhaps. Overall it was a 2.5/3

    This home was perfectly located and close walking distance to beach, fun zone, places to eat. Parking is tight but doable for a minivan in garage and small car parked in front of garage. Bed linens need to be updated, some staining. I agree with other reviewers regarding primary bedroom.. black out shades are needed. In all other rooms they have them. Had a couple maintenance issues that were dealt with immediately. Extra bath towels would be nice. Would stay there again for sure.

    I was impressed. The upstairs has all the bedrooms and the master has a sizeable bathroom and closet area. The kitchen is well thought out with plenty of storage and the converted garage makes the entire downstairs space feel much larger. The fire pit was a huge hit as was the panoramic door. Location is great with a short stroll to the sand and an even shorter stroll to the Fun Zone.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four stayed for a week and had a great time. The house is modern, comfortable and conveniently located. Our kids loved being so close to the beach and the Fun Zone!
