    The host was very responsive and helpful to some minor questions. The location is excellent, right on the beach, right next to a lot of eateries. Just know it’s very busy and loud on weekend nights but luckily the bedrooms are in the back and noise is minimal. The home was very clean and inviting. Only improvements could be the host providing cotton sheets because the humidity of the beach makes sleeping pretty uncomfortable. Also the internet is very slow which made watching the smart tv and doing work on my computer difficult and at times, unreliable. In fairness, I told the host these things during my stay and they said they are looking into it.

    In the heart of the action. Bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. We actually did not have any problems finding street parking and also took advantage of the public parking lot from 6 pm to 8 am each day in front of the house. Right on the boardwalk. Favorite thing to do was open the double doors, sit on the chairs in front and enjoy coffee in the morning and beers at night just people watching with our dog. Incredible sunsets and many interactions with people walking by.

    The beach house was truly a dream! From the moment we stepped inside, I was enchanted by its charming décor and open layout that perfectly captured the essence of coastal living. The large tinted French doors provided privacy, and when opened, they allowed the ocean breeze to flow in, creating a paradise-like atmosphere. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the inviting outdoor deck, was designed for comfort and enjoyment. Whether sipping coffee while watching the sunrise or unwinding with friends under the stars, the beach house was nothing short of perfect for creating unforgettable memories. Additionally, our host was very quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

    The house was great.It had plenty of room and the bedrooms were large with fans and windows to keep us the perfect temp. The downfall was the hotel next door. The emplyee entrance/exit is right at the alley where the house is and OMG… from 10pm-2am it was insane. Cars, honking horns, yellign, laughter, morotcycles, cat calls… the motion lights on and off and on and off… they should have said this would happen. Sleeping was awful!! Wont stay in this spot again, but not because of the property, just the unending noise at night. For a quiet Newport expereoence… thumbs down. Also they share the internet with the whole house and once others came it was frozen. Just charge a couple more dollars per night and upgrade the speed…
