This beautifully designed and well-maintained beach house features travertine & hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, smart TVs, WiFi, propane BBQ, washer & dryer, linens & towels, beach gear, boogie boards, a surfboard, and more!

​​​​​​​This is a (3) Level home in a Duplex Property.

• Level 1 - Ground Level Patio, Open Concept Great Room, Kitchen, Living Room (with sofa bed), dining area, main floor bedroom (full sized bed), full bathroom, in-home laundry and direct garage access.

• Level 2 - Bedroom 2 (Master) and bedroom 3, both with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms.

• Level 3 - Rooftop Patio with a sectional couch and table for 4. This patio is only accessible through the home and is not shared.

Tower 17 Properties & Management welcomes interactions with our guests and has a staff member available seven days a week to provide tips & recommendations on local restaurants, activities & excursions.

This is a (3) level entire home in a Duplex Building
Ground Level Patio is shared and you will not have access to the neighbors garage and outdoor parking on the right.

Staircase/Accessibility
Home has (2) sets of stairs, (1) to access the 2nd and 3rd (Master) bedrooms and (1) to access the alley facing rooftop patio.

Air-Conditioning
This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces

Parking Details
(2) Designated parking spots are provided, (1) in the Garage on the Left and (1) tandem carport located directly behind it.

Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

    The house was very clean and had all the necessities. Customer service was great. I would definitely recommend this house for your beach vacation. It comfortably accommodated my family of 8.

    The house was perfect for our stay. We had 2 adults and 4 teens and loved the proximity to the beach without the noise of the boardwalk.

    I was a little reticent to reserve this property as it only had one review. But the review was positive and the pictures were lovely, so I took the risk. It was perfect for us! It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, cozy, and SO close to the beach. I’d love to just move there, haha! The management company was responsive when we needed a heater (because I’m always cold- the home actually has central heat/air and was perfectly comfortable for everyone else in our group). My only complaint was the list they posted on the fridge detailing all the ways you could be charged. (Too much sand in the house? $100 bucks. You don’t pile all of the used towels on the bathroom floor when you leave? $25 bucks.) It was a very exhaustive list and I felt like a criminal by the time I was done reading it, even without having broken one of the rules. I TOTALLY get why they posted it- not all renters are responsible tenants. But I wonder if there’s a better way to handle it? (I don’t know what that is, so don’t look at me…) That said, the place was perfect, we loved it, we want to come back. Thank you, owners!

    Excellent spot, super close to the water, great patios etc. Be sure to bring your bikes. Came with a group from work we had a blast. Only minor critique, the kitchen needs a blender, and more win glasses (only had 1), the grill on the patio is subpar for a place this nice. But overall a great spot.
