Balboa Peninsula 3 story property. Ocean and Bay views. Great location.

The house was very clean. There were tourist shops close and some really good restaurants, definitely recommend billy's. The beach was within walking distance, but crossing the street was scary sometimes. The host was quick to respond with any messages. The beds could have been more comfortable

Great spot for our quick trip. Loved the proximity to the bay and the beach. Easy communication with Kevin, really nice guy. Place was clean and beds were comfy.

Everything was great for a BBQ with a group of friends. We were wondering if it would accomodate all 24 of us for the dinner but it was fine. We didn't have kids with us, but the private beach across the street would be fun for them.

Amazing property super close to the beach all great amenities. The host was amazing and very helpful throughout the process and enjoyed our time.

Family reunion trip with grandma, grandpa, kids and granddaughter. Close to bay beach and ocean beach. Easy walking to donuts and restaurants. Parking right outside the door. It worked great for us. Only downside is 3 levels so stairs might pose a problem for some. Not a problem for us though and gave us some extra privacy.

The property was listed as a 3 bedroom and sleeps 8. We only had 4 staying there. It would have been uncomfortable with more than that as there really aren't any separate bedrooms. The only room with a bed and a door is the entry so not perfect. The other beds are in a loft area and the kitchen living room area so completely open to all. We absolutely loved the location!!! And the property is very cute/nicely designed!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house is within walking distance to the Fun Zone, shops and restaurants. The host is very responsive and the house is clean and well equipped.

We had a great trip with family to celebrate my parents' birthday. The house was in a great walkable location which was important for us as we wanted to be able to walk to get the ferry to Catalina for a day trip. The house has a great living room (even nicer than the photos!) for a family game night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two bedrooms had nice separation from the main level of the home. Our only issue was that there was no shower soap or laundry detergent which we somewhat expected from other similar rental homes we have stayed in, but that was a very minor issue.

Excellent, I would definitely stay again.

This isn't a 3 bedroom home. It is a 3 story studio as no rooms have doors for privacy etc. One bedroom you walk right into from front door..first floor. One bedroom is the family room..2nd floor. Other bedroom is loft on 3rd floor which has no door etc either. So as 3 couples staying together.. this did not work for us. You had to walk past couple sleeping to get to the bathroom or to leave early to walk to coffee etc. We would never rent again for the money.
