The unit is beautifully designed to host 5 people comfortably. The interior has been fully furnished with new (2) 55-inch TVs, (1) 43-inch TV, Italian leather sofas, and new kitchen appliances. Our home is located on the second floor with no unit next to it or below. Walking out the door you can see the beach and the bay.brbrOur home has a modern and contemporary design with open space, huge tvs, wi-fi, 300+ Cable TV channels, and laundry room. It's perfectly setup with all the appliances and utilities you would need for an extended stay. The toilet is setup as a bidet which is found a lot through Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. It's definitely a new experience for those who have not tried it.brbrGuest Access:brYou have full access to everything inside the unit. This 2000+ square foot unit is large and spacious. The main areas consist of a living room, kitchen, and a separate dining area. There is also a breakfast counter in the kitchen for less formal meals. brbrThe kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances. Pots, pans, a knife block, cooking spoons, bone china dishware, flatware, glasses, toaster, coffee maker, and tea kettle are also provided. If you have any specific questions on what is in the kitchen, please just ask! There is a shared BBQ with the downstairs unit that is located on the front patio. It is a Weber 3 burner grill and can take care of all your BBQ needs. brbrIn between the kitchen and dining area is a full sized washer and dryer to tackle any laundry during your stay. brbrThe master suite is large and has a California King Bed, two closets, and an en-suite bath with a separate shower and tub. The other four bedrooms all have queen sized beds and two of them have en-suite bathrooms. All four bathrooms were remodeled with all new fixtures. The bed and bath linens are professionally laundered and are always soft & clean. Nest toiletries are provided for all guests along with hair dryers along with an iron with an ironing table. brbrBeach chairs and umbrellas are also provided for guest use.brbrFrequently Asked Questions:brbr1. Are there two units Are they connected brYes, these are two separate units. There is an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit, but they are not connected. This listing is for the upstairs unit, and the bottom unit does not share an entrance with the upper unit. What is included in terms of linens brWe provide bedding for all the beds. Bedding will include: fitted sheet, flat sheets, duvet, and four pillows with pillow cases. There is a BBQ with patio furniture on the front patio that is shared with the downstairs unit.brbr5. How far is the beach brThe beach is less than 400 feet away from the property. Although you can't see it on a map, there is a pathway in front of the property to get to the sand.brbr6. How much parking is included brThere is one garage spot and one outdoor spot on the side of the garage which is designated for the upstairs unit. The garage is shared with the downstairs unit. There is street parking all around the area and that does not require a permit of any sort.brbr7. Are there any beach items included with the property brYes, we provide beach chairs, beach towels for everyone on your reservation, and umbrellas. We also have small beach toys for little ones.brbr8. Do you provide bikes brNo, but there are plenty of rental places nearby and some will even deliver the bikes to you.brbr9. Do you have baby items like pack and plays brNo, we do not provide baby items because we do not have the ability to sanitize the items after each guest.
