This downstairs unit on 28th Street is just 5 houses from the sand and walking distance to everything including the Newport Pier, shops and restaurants. The location can't be beat!brbrThis downstairs unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big patio, great Air Conditioning, and tons of beach gear. There is an ocean view from the front of the house. We provide all of the boogie boards, surf boards, wet suits, beach towels, sand toys, wagons, coolers, pop up tents and umbrellas, basically everything you need for the beach and it's all in good condition. You get one parking space in the garage and there is free street parking in front of the house and all around. Like any beach community parking is difficult during summer months and weekends.brbrThe master bedroom is spacious and has large walk in closet and attached bathroom with a great shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with mirrored closet doors. The third room has a queen and a twin with mirrored closet doors. All bedrooms have SmarTV's. brbrThe second bathroom has a tub/shower and is located in the hallway next to the two bedrooms. brbrThe sofa bed is a full size memory foam mattress. brbrIf you haven't visited Newport Beach and the Peninsula before it is a lot of fun.
