Stayed Apr 7, 2025My husband, son and I had a lovely stay here for spring break. The location of the house can’t be beaten. Steps from the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. It was clean, plenty of space for the three of us, and easy communication with Malia. As it’s a downstairs unit you do hear the people upstairs, but it didn’t bother us except for our last night when the new group staying were very loud moving around upstairs at 2am(!). Other than that one night it was a perfect stay!

Stayed Mar 13, 2025This rental was Perfect! Super clean and cute beach home for a long weekend! The host had all the amenities we needed! So nice to have a garage space, beach chairs, comfy beds and super close to the beach! We would highly recommend this space!

Stayed Dec 23, 2024Loved the location of this home! Worked perfectly for our family and three young kids. Host was amazing to communicate with. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Not a complaint, but a note that there is no shampoo, conditioner, soap etc and will need to bring your own.

Stayed May 16, 2024Property has been recently renovated. Everything very functional, nice sliding patio door to let in cool air. Does not have A/C, but that wasnt a problem as the weather was nice and cool. Has beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc. Was perfect for our beach day.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024This was my 3rd trip to Newport Beach and by far one of our best trips yet. This place is amazing, clean, well kept, easy check in/out, quite neighborhood, comfy beds and so close to everything!!! Communication with the owner was great. We were a party of 6, 2 adult parents and 4 teenagers. We can't wait to come back. You won't be disappointed if you rent this place.

Stayed Dec 28, 2023This home is in a great location. Walking distance to the pier, restaurants and grocery store. Lots of room for 6 in the house. Home came with all linens, plenty of pillows and extra blankets.
