Saddle peak Lodge has been around and served some of the classics for over 5 decades. brIt’s worth a night out, whether dinner, drinks, hanging at the bar or even brunch over the weekend. brbrThere are tons of amazing beaches near by, from Topanga State Beach, to Malibu, to Zuma & El Matador, you really can’t go wrong. brbrIf you’re a hiker, the backbone trail is walkable from the property (ask us for directions if you’re interested) and there are a lot of other epic hikes near by (our other favorite is corral canyon in Malibu which has expansive views of the ocean) brbrIf there’s anything else you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out. It’s best to get around by car, as it will give you more flexibility. Walk to many hiking trails, parks and even one of LA`s top restaurants is at the bottom of our driveway - The Saddle Peak Lodge.brbrWe definitely suggest a car although guest CAN walk to Saddle Peak Lodge & Backbone Trail.brbr*Pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an extra fee. brbr*Once booked , we issue a direct lease w/ all of our guests which will require a 3-5k direct security deposit. This is fully refundable within 15 days of departure (provided all is well). In the summer they are especially active--we are always clearing off spider webs and cleaning inside and outside but please understand you probably will run into some bugs & critters during your stay.brbrWe allow up to 14 adults since that is the number that can fit in the beds (we can allow more if there are kids in the group.brbrGardener comes on Tuesdays for general maintenance.brbrPlease note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.
