Just 5 minutes from Sunset Blvd, 15 minutes to the Hollywood Bowl and centrally located to all of the major attractions that Los Angeles has to offer. Stacked with special amenities, this hidden gem is ideal for couples, business travelers and friend getaways. **note that “heating fee” is only for pool heating and varies depending on the time of year. Winter and colder months are $200 per day and warmer times are $100 per day. brThere are 4 levels to this unique property. When you arrive, the first level features the pool area which boasts a 50-foot long pool with a spa/ hot tub. There you’ll also find pool loungers and surrounding patio seating at each corner as well as a Wet bar equipped with a TV, mini fridge and towel warmers. Guests love to unwind in the hot tub while streaming a movie. brbrNext you’ll walk over the pool to level 2 where you’ll find a spacious, open-concept area where the kitchen, dining area and living room are decorated with all new appliances and high-end furnishings. Surrounding is a full length patio which is perfect for outdoor dining, grilling or just taking in the spectacular views. We highly recommend having dinner and a glass of wine on the patio table facing west at sunset- it’s a vibe! The kitchen is equipped with all of the comforts one would need including a coffee bar, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, mini blender, kettle, cookware, spices, condiments and snacks. The living room features a down feather couch which surrounds a Frame TV equipped with all of the streaming platforms which are available as well throughout the house. Slide open the living room table to find games and books. The dining room table was custom-designed and extends in height and length to accommodate 4-6 people. A bamboo partition also leads to the laundry area.brbrAt level 3 is the primary bedroom with some of the most awe-inspiring views of the Canyon that parallels a Mediterranean hillside. The king size bed sits next to an additional patio with French doors - perfect for taking in the serenity while enjoying a morning coffee. This level also features a dedicated workspace with a view, wood/gas fireplace, and a 55” TV with articulating mount. A favorite area of the house is a cozy chair to work, read or watch tv. The primary bathroom features a spa jacuzzi, rain shower and wand. brbrPerhaps saving the best for last is level 4 at the top of the house with 180’ views of the Hollywood Hills where guests can utilize any of the amenities which include a picnic table, heat lamp, fire pit and an unparalleled union of nature and entertainment.
