The light is amazing and you can see out to the trees and hills from the living room and bedroom windows. tons of humming birds, large hawks, butterflies as well as fruit trees you are welcome to pick from.brbrI'm also not the type of host to make you do all the cleaning :)brbrthe SOLAR POWERED guest suite is the bottom floor of our house with 9 foot ceilings and lots of window and light. you have two PRIVATE ENTRANCES from the side of the house that also lead to the private back yard area with a patio lounging set up with gas grill.brbrThe BEDROOMS are large with queen sized beds. One bed has a premium organic latex mattress and the other is a sleep number mattress where you can dial in the firmness on either side. I have a large assortment of pillows of various firmness you can choose from for your comfort as well as many extra clean sheets.brbrEach room has its own desk and chair (one is an aeron chair) and FAST WIFI set up if you are working from the space.brbrCLIMATE CONTROL: you have your own dedicated heat and air conditioner controlled by a NEST thermostat, although you probably won't need itbrbrPARKING: street parking is always available right across the street.brbrAccidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation.
