This newly renovated designer home sits in the most desirable community of San Pedro - South Shores, perched on the bluffs of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Stunning ocean views abound from every room, pool and spacious wrap around gardens, framing Catalina Island and the picture-perfect sailboats that sprinkle its waters. Catch the most breathtaking sunsets that California has to offer, with the sun setting on the ocean's horizon right in front of your eyes as you sit or sip on a cocktail by the pool! The Beach House is the perfect wedding weekend oasis, luxury family home away from home, vacation or stay-cation getaway!

This designer furnished, three bedroom, two full bath including master ensuite (plus 2 additional 1/2 bathrooms including an outdoor bath and shower) home comfortably sleeps 7 people (maximum 6 adults). Sleeping options include:
- A King Bed in the master bedroom (sleeps 2 adults)
- A Queen Bed in the 2nd room (sleeps 2 adults)
- A bunk-bed (twin over full) in the 3rd room (sleeps 3 kids, or 2 adults)

State-of-the-art appliances, Sonos surround sound system indoors and outdoors, indoor and outdoor bars, gourmet BBQ island with both gas and charcoal grills (including multi-skewer kebab / souvla-style rotisserie), outdoor sink, bar and fridge, lightning fast internet, 2 x 65 inch TV's, XBOX 360, complimentary garden, pool and beach toys and gear that you can use (pool floats, fishing rods, shovels and kids sand toys, bean bag toss games and more), numerous outdoor spaces including the family room porch with ocean views, outdoor shower, outdoor restroom, a shaded BBQ area, brand new pool and pool lounge area, private and shaded bedroom terrace with ocean views, grass garden with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina and the most spectacular sunsets.

NOTE: the pool is not covered and therefore not safe for kids who are unsupervised and/or don't know how to swim!

For golfing / sporting aficionados, the Trump National Golf Course is less than 5 minutes away, along one of the most picturesque drives the CA coastline has to offer! You are also less than 10 minutes from Abalone Cove and the spectacular Terranea Resort as well as some of Los Angeles's most stunning hiking, walking and picnic spots! Head 10 minutes East, and you'll arrive at the Cabrillo Marina, the centerpiece of Port Los Angeles’ West Channel. Other things to note:

The sparkling swimming pool goes 6 feet deep. Pool heating is available for a fee which varies by the time of year, please inquire for pricing if interested.

No smoking is permitted inside the house, however there is an outdoor smoking area. PLEASE be mindful of properly disposing of cigarette butts.

This is a very quiet neighborhood and due to the location of the Villa perched above the ocean bluffs and the canyon behind the Villa, sound travels. Music needs to be at comfortable / respectable levels, both inside and outside, and no outdoor music is allowed after 9pm. This is not a party house. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with noiseaware technology that is 100% privacy compliant and required.

Up to 2 cars can park in the driveway. Please do NOT park on the street in our Cul De Sac, as our neighbors often use those spaces for their own vehicles, and due to the circular nature of the street, some spots may obstruct drive ways. For additional car parking, you can park on the main street (off the Cul De Sac) which is a 1 min walk to the Villa.

Outdoor garden services are TUESDAY AFTERNOONS: ARRIVING BETWEEN 12PM and 2PM, gardeners come in, then swimming pool technician. You do not have to be on premises as they have automatic access to the grounds.

ABSOLUTELY ZERO TOLERANCE: no drugs--recreational, illegal or otherwise--are permitted for any reason, at any time, in, on or around the property or neighborhood. Alcohol is permitted on the property, but we do ask for one to use their best judgement and discretion to respect the surrounding atmosphere and neighborhood while occupying the villa. No glass around the pool area, and no running around or jumping into the pool. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!

    We had a wonderful stay in this vacation home! From arrival to departure, we wanted for nothing. The house is extremely spacious and offers plenty of room, so we immediately felt at home. The cleanliness was impressive - everything was tiptop and ready for our arrival.The lovely decoration of the house deserves special mention. Fresh flowers in various rooms created a lovely atmosphere and made the stay even more pleasant. The kitchen equipment was great, so we were able to prepare our meals effortlessly - nothing was missing.Another highlight was the fantastic outdoor seating area with a wonderful view. We were able to admire the sunset. All in all, it was a great stay that we will always remember. We can recommend this vacation home without reservation and would love to come back!

    This home has everything you need for entertainment and comfort. Highlight was sitting out by the fire table and watching the sunset with a pizza and bottle of wine. The guys (in their 50's) had daily golf competitions on the arcade game! Communication with our hosts was outstanding! Highly recommend!

    We were in town visiting family and we loved staying at this house! We’ll be back again for sure. Everyone loved it - toddlers, preteens and grownups. We cooked outside on the grill and pizza oven, played on the arcade machine, and we took fun photos as each family member jumped into the pool. We’ll be sure to book next time we’re in town!!     We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay in this beautiful home with ocean views. The house was very well equipped and had all the amenities that were mentioned in the VRBO listing. Alex was great to work with and he was always responsive to any questions or needs that we had during our stay. We have family nearby in Palos Verdes so we will be visiting regularly. We fully intend to return to this home away from home in the future!
