There will be no consideration afforded for difficult travel due to winter weather condition. We strongly advise that you pay attention to incoming storms and / or changes in weather patterns in order to help avoid travel delays or disruptions. It is also strongly advised that you travel with a 4WD or AWD vehicle, carry snow chains , and have a shovel that can be used if needed to dig out a stuck vehicle.brbrALL SEASONS ADVISORY: By reserving this house, you acknowledge that you will be traveling to the mountains and that Lake Tahoe (while beautiful) is in a natural forest setting. As such, it is possible that you may encounter spiders, ants, field mice, etc. at properties throughout the area. We take every proactive measure to prevent pests from finding their way inside the property (i.e. regular cleanings, seasonal deep cleanings, routine pest control - i.e. spray perimeter and crawl space areas, set traps, seal up holes of entry, etc.). Despite those efforts, there’s always a rare possibility that pests can find their way inside the home (as it only takes a very small entry point for that to occur). This is simply a reality of living in the mountains. By accepting our house rules, you acknowledge this Advisory and agree that there will be no refunds or adjustments to pricing should you encounter a pest(s) within the home.
