Guests can also enjoy the serene backyard paradise with its beautiful landscaped social-living areas that include a wonderful private pool and new hot tub, four fountains, a fire pit, an outdoor dining space, lounge furniture and a gas grill.brbrGuests have full access to the three bedrooms, including the Primary Bedroom that features a California King Bed and private en suite bathroom; and two additional guest bedrooms with one Queen Bed in each room; all bedrooms offer flatscreen SmartTVs for privacy and enjoyment.brbrIncluded in the residence is a washer-dryer laundry area in garage, 8 beach chairs and beach towels, 4 boogie boards, sand toys and beach mats. Parking is provided in the driveway space for guests.brbrThe Niguel Shores in Monarch Beach community offers guests exclusive access to the junior Olympic-sized pool (heated year-round), a spa, tennis courts, sports court, playground, park, clubhouse and private beach bluff-park with private beach walkway and parking at Strands Beach (an 8-min walk or 2-min drive from the property). Also close by are other noteworthy beaches - Salt Creek Beach (15 min walk, 5 min drive), Monarch Beach Resort and Golf Course (21 min walk, 5 min drive), Dana Point Harbor (10 min drive).brbrStarter packs of paper goods and coffee amenities will be supplied by host, but then guests are expected to replenish for their own use since typocal stays of 90 days or more are required at this property. Housecleaning services will occur every other week to clean amd maintain the home, typically on Monday’s. Linens will not be washed/changed at this time, but supplies for guests to do so will be provided. Gardening services will occur weekly. Pool cleaning services will occur weekly, typically on Friday’s. brPlease note we have security cameras on-site, as we do not permanently reside on-site. Although the cameras are on 24/7, capturing audio and video we do not regularly monitor guest activity. If we are alerted to a problem by guests or HOA security, we can review footage. The cameras also allow us to at times confirm and ensure the home is cleaned and the pool/hot tub and garden areas are serviced by professional services. Guests are not allowed to turn off or tamper with the cameras. It’s less than a mile to the harbor and just over a mile to several beautiful beaches (Doheny State Beach, Dana Strands Beach, and Salt Creek Beach) renowned for sunbathing, surfing and other water sports. brbrSalt Creek is home to the Ritz Carlton, and other 5-star resorts within a couple of miles include the Waldorf Astoria, Monarch Beach, Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa, and the Montage Laguna Beach. It’s fully furnished, two stories and 1,600 square feet with two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, an outdoor shower, a surfboard rack, and a garage finished as a bonus room. There is a central, high-capacity heating and air conditioning system, plus the sea breezes and stone walls keep the house cool and comfortable naturally. The home is highly earthquake resistant and is not in a fire hazard zone. The home’s design and construction process were covered multiple times in the local newspaper, the Dana Point Times.brbrBEDROOMS: The front bedroom has a king-size Avocado Organic mattress with an adjustable base that has modes for reading, zero gravity mode and anti-snore. It also has a shake function that rocks you to sleep. There are windows on three sides for daytime light, blackouts shades for nighttime sleep, and a patio overlooking the street. The rear bedroom has a full-size bed, motorized sitting/standing desk with monitor (and printer in garage), dresser, television and patio with a French bistro table overlooking the lush hillside behind the home. There is also a full-size Murphy bed in the garage that we can add a mattress for if you would like to use it during your stay. The garage is fully finished and air conditioned. brbrBATHROOMS: The full bathroom on the second floor with the bedrooms has a sink, large vanity with ample storage, a toilet and a new walk-in shower. The half bathroom on the lower floor has a sink, vanity and toilet. An outdoor shower with dual shower heads above and for your feet provides a luxurious way to freshen up after a day at the beach.brbrKITCHEN & OUTDOOR LIVING: The ground floor provides a seamless indoor/outdoor space with multiple cooking, eating and seating areas. The kitchen has custom Italian cabinets, quartz countertops, reclaimed French limestone floors, new appliances, and a 72-bottle wine refrigerator.
