This recently remodeled home is decorated in an eclectic coastal style with a huge outdoor space to relax and enjoy the coastal breezes. Large sliding glass doors in each room fill the space with natural light. Both bedrooms are appointed with two king beds (that split into two twins if needed), large closets, and smart TV's. The bathroom features dual sinks and a large walk in shower with a rain shower head. The front room has a comfortable couch and additional seating for relaxing. And the property has Wi-Fi and sonos speakers for your entertainment needs.

You will be overwhelmed by just how much detail and care has gone into making this property interesting and memorable. Each side of the property is lined with a walkway made with reclaimed dock wood from famous Humphrey Bay in San Diego. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas and firepits to entertain family and friends. You may even see one of the famous Dana Point Elephants sunning himself on the patio.

    The space and furnishings were excellent, although the beds were too firm for my back. One TV in the bedroom didn't work, and we found something sticky all over the floor, which we had to clean up. The bathroom was okay but smelled very strong of epoxy glue or lacquer. The water must have been shut off shortly before we arrived because the left sink's faucet sputtered off and on and sometimes would blast water and get you wet. The shower was fantastic, but it leaked water onto the floor during use. Hopefully, the owner is still working on these things and will have them fixed soon. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. We cooked a large dinner there and had all we needed to accomplish it. I can't say enough about the location though. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and so close to everything.

    My family and I loved staying here. We were able to fully enjoy Dana Point and all it has to offer from this location. Super close to the beach, great dining, and a perfect trail to walk in the morning just up the street! We will be back.

    My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Casa Mia. Casa Mia's inviting space allowed for our family to relax and enjoy homemade meals. We especially appreciated the close proximity Casa Mia was to the bluffs and many restaurants. Taking morning and evening walks to the bluffs were the highlight of ur trip. Cozy bedding, perfect location, and welcoming living space! We could not go wrong with that combo. Thank you Ken for your great hospitality.

    The property Ken got us in to was amazing. Everything exactly as advertised. No one, no matter how picky would be disappointed in this property. Worth every penny. And Ken is the consummate host.
