The complex’s elevator serves all floors in addition to the gated underground parking garage.brbrThe condo has marble floors and high-end carpeting throughout. The gourmet kitchen has recently been redone with new quartzite countertops, custom cabinets, a Thermador gas range, Sub Zero refrigerator, and Fisher & Paykel two-drawer dishwasher. Adjacent to the beautifully appointed living room is a separate sunroom with connecting wet bar. Both rooms connect to the ocean-facing deck with lounge chairs, a table for four and a new Weber grill. The downstairs bedroom has been furnished as a study with a spacious L-shaped desk, desk chair and printer table. This bedroom has a queen-sized Murphy bed. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a king, a fireplace and an ocean-facing deck. The guest bedroom has a queen with an ocean view. There are two full bathrooms upstairs serving these bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor.brbrWe are at the south end of the Carlsbad ocean boardwalk.
