This road is maintained throughout the year allowing the house to be accessible with any vehicle. Keep in mind that the road does get muddy during rain or monsoon season. This home has its own parking and a fence which separates the two residences. Each hosts its own outdoor and bbq areas. brThis home features one bedroom with a queen size bed, walk in closet and one bathroom with a full shower and bathtub. Living room has a pull out sofa bed and satelite tv. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, place settings and cooking utensils. This home is perfect for two adults and two small kids. This is a guest house and is 550 sq ft. This guest house is small and nice with vintage appliances. It is within walking distance to downtown and the Grand Canyon Railway.
