We purchased and updated the Gunsight Condo to use as our getaway home. We loved the location to town and walking distance to the Famous Fountain. The porch views look like a picture postcard. We enjoy it in the morning while leisurely drinking our coffee or in the evening hours eating or entertaining friends.brThe pool and jacuzzi are steps away from the front door and provide a great ending to an active day... total relaxation! brFountain Park is walking distance from the condo and provides a beautiful trail and picnic area. Peaks Athletic Club is also walking distance and allows short term passes for use of the facilities. brGreat location to the airport, MLB Cactus League Spring Training, Mayo Clinics, Great for Business Travel and the great night life of Scottsdale and surrounding suburbs. br This is our second home and we have furnished it with quality appliances and amenities. It will be used for holidays, get-aways, scheduled doctor visits to Mayo, hub for traveling and entertaining family and friends. We chose this location because we love all that the valley has to offer. It provides us with city living activities, restaurants and shopping opportunities that we don't have living up in the mountains. It's the best of both worlds!
