Located on a quiet street in the Boulders Golf Resort, this 2 bedroom casita can accommodate 6 people with the use of the Queen size sofa bed in the great room (King bed in master; 2 twins in guest room). The design of the house offers privacy in many ways: a walled courtyard in the front, the master bedroom and guest bedroom are separated by the great room which serves as the gathering area for the home. There is a wall mounted TV in the master bedroom and another free standing TV in the great room. The guest room has 2 twin beds and its own bathroom with tub/shower and walk in closet. The master bedroom is very large and has a desk in front of the rear window in addition to several dressers, a blanket chest and 3 chairs. The master bathroom was completely remodeled in 2021 and the pictures show the results. Off the bathroom is a large, carpeted, walk in closet and beyond the shower is the laundry room. The great room is fully furnished and includes the sofa bed. There is a dining table and 6 chairs on the right front part of the house and a fully equipped kitchen. The great room (including the dining area and kitchen are tiled ; both bedrooms are carpeted. brbrThe Casita is fully furnished, complete with dishes, cookware, and linens and is turn key ready for your visit.
