This was a great home with everything we needed to have a wonderful relaxing stay while enjoying a girls trip to the Grand Canyon on the Railway train. The location is close to everything and the host was extremely attentive to making their home enjoyable to their guests. Thank you we all had a wonderful time!!

We had a lot packed into our Grand Canyon trip and it was centrally located. The place was clean and accommodated all our family. The kitchen was well laid out but does need a bigger frying pan for bacon and eggs for the eight of us!

We visited Williams to go to Bearizona and Grand Canyon. The home was beautiful and comfortable. Very clean. Great location close to town. Home located on the corner of a quiet residential neighborhood. Listing was as described. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place in Williams, AZ.

This propert’s interior is so well done! Everything is cohesive without being matchy- matchy. The dishware and other amenities are high-end. The sheets are super comfortable in the house. Does a great job of allowing everyone to visit in one space.I didn’t fully appreciate that the twin bed sleeping arrangements were out separate from the main house in the Casita. I could’ve missed that in reviewing the listing. It made us shift around our sleeping arrangements a little bit, but it worked out and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our entire family stayed here as our base to visit the town of Williams and the Grand Canyon. Our 1-year-old grandson, thre adult children and two spouses. It was perfect for us all. A lot of entertainment available too. Great hosts!! We are descendants of Old Bill Williams, The Mountain Man

Williams has a lot to do, good places to eat and a lot to see. Animal parks, fishing lakes, golf, and the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, plus Sadona are close enough for day trips. If you want a central located place to stay, The Grand Basecamp is the place. Very clean, confortable, plenty of space and beds for family and friends. Pool table, Bocce ball court, plenty of games, and Xbox to keep every one entertained. Even a Jaccuzi tub to enjoy under the stars to unwind in at the end of your day. It has everything you need for your stay and plenty of dishes and cutlery pots and pans, if you want to cook or BBQ. A wonderful fun place to stay.
