In 2023 we installed a new HVAC system and it has double pained windows to keep you cozy in the cool winter months and cool during the warm summer days. Bedrooms have cozy carpet, furniture and new beds in February 2023 with high-end linens and cozy duvet comforters, all cleaned between every guest. Large fully fenced lot has plenty of parking for motorcycles, ATV's, boats or RV with full hook ups! Quiet neighborhood, we know all the neighbors.
