As the owner, you agree to clean up after your dog, and to dispose of the waste in a special trash bin. It’s helpful if your dog is recently groomed and/or doesn’t shed (much). Rimrock is a very quiet and safe location, far enough away from the busy tourist areas but close enough to northern Arizona's most popular destinations.brbrThe cottage is located at the end of a rectangular building that is divided into three sections-the cottage at one end, our office/apartment in the middle and a single car garage at the other end. We sometimes stay in the apartment when the house is rented. brbrGuest accessbrIf we are on the property we like to give a bried tour to our guests, Otherwise there is a lockbox with key access.brbrThe cottage is located about 25' from the main house and guests have complete privacy to come and go as they please. The cottage (consisting of approx. 300 sq/ft), deck and pergola is set up as a studio with kitchenette (convection oven, hot plate, coffee maker, instant hot water kettle, microwave, toaster, utensils, plates and refrigerator.
