Our stay at this property was amazing! Great for travel while social distancing, and we loved enjoying the starry sky after a good home-cooked meal. Anita is very nice and very responsive. Looking forward to staying here again once tge Grand Canyon re-opens permanently.

Great place to spend some time before and after a trip to the Grand Canyon. Comfortable beds, great living space, well stocked kitchen. Great for a family with kids. Master bedroom is very large, the other two bedrooms are nice size and share a bathroom

The views from the property are as advertised. To our pleasant surprise the interior has a lot of upgrades in regards to the appliances and furniture, compared to the photos in the listing. We had a great weekend at this home.

Totally recommend this home for any large group wanting to visit the Grand Canyon. The landscapes, the beautiful interior, incredible views and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect stay. It is less than a 1h drive to the national park, so it worked perfect for our day trip to the canyon. The host was very helpful and informational. 10/10 recommend

This was the 4th time we’ve stayed at this home. The location, the views, and the house are amazing. Very secluded and quiet. Anita and Alex are great hosts … super easy to work with and super responsive.

Overall, the long dirt road was less in-cumbersome than one would think. Easily-ish to travel and never needed the 4x4. Dang! House is perfectly set up and equipped and the guest quarters are just as nice. The views are stunning. The hot tub is relaxing even in July! The host was amazing and just the sweetest. Would certainly stay again if we come to Williams for an extended stay. Deer Park, Bearizona, Roller Coaster, Train to the GC and downtown Williams are all a must do and CAN do! Fishing man it could have been better but not the hosts fault. lol.

First time to stay in the high desert of northern Arizona, and in July to boot. All was wonderful about the cabin, the guest house, and the location. Everything worked well in the kitchen, in the baths, with the windows, the hot tub, WiFi, TVs, and the AC. A beautiful deck and view. Place was completely private and quiet, yet easily convenient to Williams and Flagstaff. Weather was wonderful, with only some brief monsoon rain on a few days. Anita was immediate in answering the one question we had and texted a couple of times to see if we were doing OK. We and our dogs had a big time there, in Sedona, and at the NPS sites nearby.

House is just under an hour from S Grand Canyon entrance (50 minutes) mostly highway after the dirt road so really quick access. We had a large group of adults and needed a good-sized property with the ability to cook and relax. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Gorgeous views from the balcony and large windows, we saw deer and jackrabbit on the property. VERY clean house and comfortable beds, laundry, grill, just as advertised and more. I highly recommend this rental!!

We weren’t expecting snow. It snowed the night before we arrived. That’s 2 seniors, 1 13 year old girl and 3 9 year old girls. We’re there for their Spring Break. We had no snow gear. The kids loved every minute of the snow. This Is a beautiful location. Close to everything. Beautiful home and property. Comfortable family atmosphere inside. Plenty of forest for kids to explore. is a beautiful location.

Perfectly clean and all amenities that you need. Nice, quiet place to stay.

Overall we had a perfect stay. The view from patio is great! Although we didn't get to use the patio much due to it snowing!! It was beautiful to see Williams with a blanket of snow. If you're visiting the Grand Canyon or Williams this is a MUST stay location.

Our family enjoyed our time here. An hour away from Grand Canyon, close to Williams and Flagstaff. The location and views were great. The house was on the outskirts of Williams. So easy drive to bearcaz and canyon coaster. But away from people

This was a beautiful property, communication was excellent if you needed to get ahold of the owner there was not an issue. I would highly recommend this place for your stay around Flagstaff.

The house was a great location for relaxing and a trip to the Grand Canyon. Plenty of space for our family of six people and the sunsets were wonderful!

The house was perfect for our family. Fully stocked with everything you need. The guest house is detached for the 4th bedroom, it's cozy has a bathroom, sitting area and small fridge. The house and views were amazing. It is on a dirt road not far from town. Good communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation with the whole family to visit the Grand Canyon. Place had a great view and check in process was very easy and was given great detailed directions to home. House was equipped with everything you would need to cook and clean. Easy hour trip to the Grand Canyon up 64 and short ride into Williams. Overall great place and great vacation spot.
