In 2012 we purchased this 2,650 sq. ft., beautiful home and upgraded it into a private resort with a large pool, spa (hot tub), built-in natural gas BBQ, gas fire pit, and your own putting green. All located next to the second hole green of the beautiful Johnson Ranch golf course. The house is perfectly situated so there is morning sun and afternoon shade. Please note: the pool is only heated upon request and for an additional fee, depending on the time of year. Please let us know if you want the pool heated when you make an inquiry.brbrThe large kitchen has beautiful granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer in the large laundry room were replaced in 2022. The 60 inch LED TV and bluray/DVD player are located in the family room, right off the kitchen. There are many streaming options using one of our devices or a device you bring with you, such as a Firestick. There is a beautiful three-piece slate pool table with all of the accessories.brbrThe master suite is a haven of itself, with a King size bedroom set, and a huge master bath consisting of a soaking tub, separate shower, large vanity and sink area, and a huge walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms have a Queen size bed and plenty of closet space. We have furnished the home for the convenience of those who have small children, with a playpen, booster chair and highchair. The large den/loft has a high speed internet connection and a wireless TV and printer. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the entire house. If you feel the need to exercise there is a Bowflex exercisor, a Pro-Form treadmill and golf clubs.brbrOur home is only 1 mile to the golf course club house, and many restaurants are only a couple minutes away. Large living room has a pull-out sofa bed with a smart TV (just need your sign in for Netflix, Hulu, etc.), and comfy chair with footrest. Capacity for 2-4 (2 adults, 1-2 children). The kitchenette is complete with granite countertop, 2 stools, dishwasher, garbage disposal, new refrigerator, new convection/air fryer microwave oven, two burners, skillet, other small appliances, and dinnerware & utensils. Reverse osmosis for drinking water. The side yard has a picnic table, firepit, and gas BBQ grill. The whole house also has a water filtration system set up. Internet and utilities included. brbrOur local community offers many parks with playgrounds, zip line, basketball courts, tennis courts, splash pads, etc. Biking, hiking, and walking paths throughout the neighborhood and area. Marketplace, restaurants, and movie theatre minutes away. Canyon Lake is 35-40 minutes away and has grills for BBQs, swimming beach, rental boats, and we even rent our personal kayaks out. Or float in a tube down the Salt River and see wild horses. The desert offers so much.brbrThe best part is the pool!! It is located in the homeowner's backyard, but we love to share our space. We also have pool toys, a large sitting area, and beach towels available.
