Stayed Dec 11, 2025The home was clean and cozy. Host was polite and answered questions promptly. There were some minor inconveniences which some we fixed and others the host will need to. Before the next guests stay would be best. In my personal opinion, 10:00 is really hard to pack, and enjoy the morning together 11:00 would be nicer.We enjoyed ourselves regardless. Cute town and we had a lot of fun.

Stayed Nov 27, 2025Loved the house, it was roomy enough for our family. Great amenities, enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! It had a well appointed kitchen and we could easily walk into town and the Grand Canyon train depot.

Stayed Jun 4, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here in Williams, AZ. Pete was quick to answer any question I had and the house was very comfortable. We liked getting in the hot tub each evening after a long day of exploring. Overall, wonderful experience!
