A small patch of artificial grass for those who like to see green. Crank out awning allows for even more shade if you are looking to stay out of the sun for a while.brbrIf you are able to fly into the Mesa-Gateway Airport (Allegiant Airlines) you will have a very short, quick, 15 minute drive to our Vacation Home. While quests flying into the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport will have an easy 45 minute drive via hiway 10 and the 202 freeway.brbrSan Tan Valley is a rapidly growing area with many new homes and businesses in the past few years. Our home is very close to grocery stores and many other businesses. In the past year a new Costco store has opened as well as a new Home Depot store. We frequently ride bicycles to Walmart and even to the Olive Mill which is a major attraction in the area. if you play pickleball or have been wanting to learn it, Queen Creek just built a new park, Frontier Park, which has 24 lighted pickleball courts as well as many other attractions.
