Ideal experience, have rented the exact same house twice, they made a good thing even better with the addition of a pickle ball court. Excellent communication and experience. My favorite rental property hands down.

Great home - our family with 6 grown kids (18-26) loved it! Pickle ball was a hit - and so was the arcade/theater room!

Our family LOVED our stay at this VRBO! There was a total of 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children. The house was cozy, we felt at home the entire time. The activities, bon fire, ease of access to restaurants was amazing. We cannot wait to stay there again!

This property is absolutely stunning! It’s great for kids of all ages. It provides pretty much anything you need, including a high chair, stroller and booster if you have small kids. The arcade room was a hit and the backyard has lots of room for relaxing and playing games. It’s the coziest, most gorgeous home with lots of room. I would definitely recommend.

The communication with the property owners was fantastic. Their responses were quick. The house is great if you have several friends family coming with you. The backyard is huge with plenty of room to house to get together in the garage had a great arcade, shuffleboard table, and theater room. The house is decorated very nice. There are a lot of amenities such as seasonings and kitchen utensils that a lot of other rental do not have.

The property was outstanding and perfect! The owner or property manager was amazing and answered all questions in a timely manner!

The rental was perfect for our group! Probably one of the best VRBO rentals that we have had. The place was laid out really well. The beds were comfortable. The house was really clean and well stocked. Erin was very responsive and everything we needed was there. We 100% recommend this rental.

Loved the proximity to the Grand Canyon. Williams has a lot to offer like Bearizona, Frontier Family Fun and a great steakhouse, Red Raven. The house is perfect and everything you need is provided. I would stay here again!

This was the perfect base camp for grandparents to entertain the kids as some of us went out hunting each day. Accommodations were endless and you could tell they care so much about their home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The house had everything needed and more. Lots of activities for people of all ages. Great location for everything we wanted to do. Nice table for family dinners and fire pit for evening gatherings.

Kids liked the house so much we had a hard time getting them to go to Bearizona and the Grand canyon. I highly recommend to anyone traveling with kids

Had everything we needed

Everything about the property was great! What we hoped for was a clean place to rest. What we got was that PLUS lots of fun for everyone in our group. The arcade and theatre setup were a hit for the adults and the toddlers loved the grass yard and the play room and bunk beds. The quick drive to Bearizona, the Canyon Coaster, ice cream and pizza as well as the rodeo grounds made for a great trip!

Beautiful house with all the tiny little details. Kids loved the theater room, pool table and arcades! We had kids ages 8-16 and they were entertained the whole time! Plenty of lawn games and fire pit with comfy outside furniture. We didn’t grill but would have been perfect. Rooms are very large and house spaced out with lots of room. It was a very easy check in and out and easy communication with owner. Everything and more was provided just in case.

Details of the property were spot on, host was quick to answer any questions. But most of all this was a perfect place to spend a holiday.
