Accommodating up to 12 guests, it has 3 King bedrooms, a bunk room with twin-over-twin beds, and a loft sleeper sofa. The main living area has a dual-sided fireplace and pool table. Enjoy BBQs on the porch while exploring nearby hiking, skiing, and family activities. The main level features a spacious great room with high ceilings, where a dual-sided fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. Adjacent to the great room is the kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dining area that accommodates all guests.brbrThere are three King bedrooms, each with cozy bedding and storage options. A bunk room with twin-over-twin beds is perfect for kids, and a loft area with a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.brbrThe outdoor porch boasts ample seating for relaxing and enjoying meals al fresco, while the game room offers a pool table for entertainment. The open layout encourages socializing, making it an ideal setting for family gatherings or friend retreats.brbrGuests have access to all areas of the home except two owners' closets.brbrThe host will not be on-site, but is available from 8am-5pm for non-emergencies and 24 hours for emergencies. If the cleaning does not meet your standards on your day of arrival, contact us prior to 5:30pm. We are always happy to help with any issues during your stay. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help make your stay as enjoyable as we can.brbrLocated near the Grand Canyon (1 hour, 15 minutes driving, but we recommend the train), hiking, skiing (two slopes within 30 minutes), the Oak Hill Snowplay Area, fishing, biking, ATV trails, and a variety of family activities, including Bearizona and the Grand Canyon Deer Farm, a great children's petting zoo. It is just ten minutes from Route 66 in historic downtown Williams, Arizona, and the Grand Canyon Railway, where children and the young at heart can take a ride on the Polar Express during the holidays, or take the historic train to the Grand Canyon.brbrRoads directly surrounding the home are well-maintained dirt roads that could require 4WD in some weather conditions.brbrPlease note there is limited air conditioning at this property. There are 2 portable units. The house stays naturally cool when guests follow the instructions in our house manual.brbrCoffeemaker is for both drip and K cups. Blender, hand mixer, crockpot, and all major utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and glasses provided. Grill is near back patio and includes extra propane. Do not move grill to any other location.brbrbrThe cabin is equipped with one television with DirecTV in the living room only.brbrbrInternet has been updated to Starlink satellite service and is now fast enough to allow streaming access to multiple devices. Cell service is spotty. Verizon appears to be the best currently. Please keep in mind, this is a cabin in the woods. Please use this time to unplug and reconnect with your family and friends. Please make sure you review check-in instructions PRIOR to arrival so you are not relying on cell service to access the app.brbrbrWe encourage guests to bring drinking water to help them use less water, as it is a hauled water site, and those who are not used to limiting their showers and other use might find it helpful.brbrQuipped with a Tesla EV charger on-site for convenient vehicle charging during your stay.brbrThis home is heated by propane, which is expensive. Please lower the temperature when away from the cabin and upon departure.

Williams, Arizona, United States

Summary:brDiscover a new adventure every day in this newly remodeled, private Studio with 1 queen bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower, this cozy studio is located 20 miles away from the Grand Canyon National Park in a mobile home park 3 minutes down a gravel road. Let the worries of the world slip away while you prepare for your Grand Canyon adventure.brbrThe Space:brAccess will include two separate beds - 1 queen bed and 1 bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and smart TV. Due to our remoteness, our night skies offer world-class stargazing. This location is superb for getting the most out of your Grand Canyon experience, being right in the middle of the action of the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, and the Sky Walk.brbrGuest Access:br2-car parking area. Please come and go as you wish. The front door is a smart lock and needs a 4-digit code to get in, guests will receive code once they book the room. There is also a gazebo and BBQ grills that guests have access to.brbrGuest interactionbrWe take your comfort very seriously, so let us know if there are any issues. We have people who live on site or close to it, to help the guest in any way. We do not interact with guests, we leave you to come and go as you please and give you the privacy you want.brbrThe Neighborhood:brYou will be close to all the action, but in an incredibly relaxing and private escape. Just a 20-minute drive from the Grand Canyon National Park means you can arrive in time to see the sunrise or sunset. We also recommend checking out other nearby attractions, including: Grand Canyon Rentals Adventures, our other Grand Canyon business renting ATVs, or Bearizona in Williams.brbrThe area you are in is 1 mile down a gravel road in a rural area. There are other houses and campers in the area, as well as streetlights and security cameras.brbrGetting Around:brThere is an airport and a park shuttle service in Tusayan, AZ, 20 miles away. Uber and Lyft are offered inside Grand Canyon National Park.brbrOther Things to Note:brThe location is in between the city of Williams, AZ, and the Grand Canyon South Rim. Although we use Williams’ zip code and city name in our address, our location is not inside the city of Williams, but it is 30 miles away from it. Please check the address with your GPS before driving to the location. From Highway 64 you will turn down a DIRT road called East Woodland Ranch Road. During winter months, it does snow, but most of the time the road is still drivable, even in cars. It is located inside a mobile home park that has streetlights and is fenced in, but the area around the mobile home park is desolate and old. However, with it being so isolated, star gazing is highly recommended while you stay with us. There is a gas station 5 miles from the location that sells small amounts of produce and snacks. We suggest bringing food with you because there aren’t many options nearby besides the gas station and small restaurant 5 miles away from the property. We have charcoal BBQ pits, gazebos, and picnic tables around the property for guests to use. If there are any problems with the room, please message me through the booking platform, as it’s the fastest way to receive a response. Please be courteous to people who live in or are traveling the area like yourself.brbrInteraction with Guests:brWe take your comfort very seriously, so let us know if there are any issues. We have people who live on site or close to it, to help the guest in any way. We do not interact with guests, we leave you to come and go as you please and give you the privacy you want.
