Stayed Sep 28, 2024This cute house was the perfect place to stay for our trip to the Grand Canyon! We wanted to be on RT 66, too, so that dream was fulfilled. We were just blocks from Rt 66 and all the interesting shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The house is much larger than it looks in the picture, and is so very comfortable. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t in the house. The host, Paul, was quick to respond to my questions. Other reviewers have pretty much covered all the perks of staying in this house. I’ll just say that it felt like home. I highly recommend this house! Don’t stay in a hotel when you can relax on the large sofa and make fresh coffee whenever you want. Comfy beds, and a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect!!!!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Paul, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property. Great location and our daughter and grandson could not believe the amount of room inside. I wanted to let you know that we faintly smelled gas when we first arrived and found the far left knob on the gas stove slightly on which we turned off immediately. We did come across spiders in the master bathroom and master shower during our stay and disposed of them properly! The batteries in the Roku remote in the master need to be replaced and only suggestion for improvement is having a small propane fire pit to enjoy the lovely evenings outside. We will definitely recommend your property and look forward to staying with you in the future.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024After a day at the Grand Canyon, it was nice to come back to Williams and the quiet of the house and area. Route 66 had a lot of varieties of restaurants. We tried a different one each night and enjoyed the food at them all. Great little town.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024This house was in a great location. It is close to everywhere we wanted to go and backs ups to the trails. It was nice to wake up and walk right out to the trail for a nice cool morning hike with all the tall trees. The house was clean and nicely decorated.

Stayed Jun 5, 2024We stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon. It was a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having dinner in downtown Williams and there is a grocery store close by. The home was comfortable for 2 couples and would accommodate a small family nicely.

Stayed May 18, 2024The house was clean, as described and very comfortable. There was a nice hiking trail next to the property as well. There are ample towels and kitchen utensils, pans etc. the neighborhood is quiet and is next to a pine forest. We liked Williams, it’s a cute town. We were there to ride the Grand Canyon railroad, which we recommend.
