Across the drive is a detached guest quarters with a queen bed and sofa (not a pull out sleep sofa), full bathroom, TV and DVD, and a separate deck. The main house sleeps 6, with three bedrooms, and the guest quarters sleeps an additional 2. br The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining large groups. Williams is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Flagstaff, less than an hour away from the Grand Canyon and an easy hour drive day trip to Sedona or other Northern Arizona landmarks. Weather is generally moderate during the summer months, with monsoons in the later summer months, and very cold with snow in the winter. (Note, in winter months with heavy snow four wheel drive is required as we are located on a rural dirt road, but snowfall varies from year to year). Check in time is 3:00 pm, but earlier check in may be arranged with the owner. Check out time is 11:00am. Although we use Williams’ zip code and city name in our address, our location is not inside the city of Williams, but it is 30 miles away from it. Please check the address with your GPS before driving to the location. From Highway 64 you will turn down a DIRT road called East Woodland Ranch Road. During winter months, it does snow, but most of the time the road is still drivable, even in cars. It is located inside a mobile home park that has streetlights and is fenced in, but the area around the mobile home park is desolate and old. However, with it being so isolated, star gazing is highly recommended while you stay with us. There is a gas station 5 miles from the location that sells small amounts of produce and snacks. We suggest bringing food with you because there aren’t many options nearby besides the gas station and small restaurant 5 miles away from the property. We have charcoal BBQ pits, gazebos, and picnic tables around the property for guests to use. If there are any problems with the room, please message me through the booking platform, as it’s the fastest way to receive a response. Although we use Williams’ zip code and city name in our address, our location is not inside the city of Williams, but it is 30 miles away from it. Please check the address with your GPS before driving to the location. From Highway 64 you will turn down a DIRT road called East Woodland Ranch Road. During winter months, it does snow, but most of the time the road is still drivable, even in cars. It is located inside a mobile home park that has streetlights and is fenced in, but the area around the mobile home park is desolate and old. However, with it being so isolated, star gazing is highly recommended while you stay with us. There is a gas station 5 miles from the location that sells small amounts of produce and snacks. We suggest bringing food with you because there aren’t many options nearby besides the gas station and small restaurant 5 miles away from the property. We have charcoal BBQ pits, gazebos, and picnic tables around the property for guests to use. If there are any problems with the room, please message me through the booking platform, as it’s the fastest way to receive a response. The property is not far from the town of Williams, and the turn off from the highway will take you on a short drive on a maintained rural road to arrive on the property where you can relax and enjoy the expansive view of the western sunsets and natural surroundings. Beautiful hand scraped solid hardwood floors are throughout the home with modern amenities mixed with reclaimed rustic accents.brbrThis home features a large, fully equipped entertainment kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island oak table. Lots of space for large gatherings.
