Stayed Sep 19, 2025The house was wonderful and the stars at night were gorgeous and so vivid. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. It was a good spot if you're looking for quiet isolation while still being close to Williams.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025Lovely beautiful place. Very clean. We were 3 couples, age 65, getting together for a family reunion. Stayed 4 days and never left the premises. Visited on the deck with fabulous views of the mountains. Kitchen big enough for multiple cooks. Plenty of plush comfortable seating in the living area for all of us to spread out. Very very quiet. Clear skies and wonderful views of the stars at night with no interference from any city lights. Yes, the road to the premises was washboard and the deck could use some comfortable chairs, but we made it work and overlooked the seating discomfort on the deck with talk and laughter.

Stayed May 24, 2025We came to see the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas for the first time. This was a great location. So quiet and peaceful. The road was pretty washboard while we were there - but it didn't bother us. This was a great place and we would gladly stay here again.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024This was a great place just outside of Williams towards the Grand Canyon. It allowed us to access both Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon in less than an hour. The house is well appointed and accommodations are nice. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024Owner was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Made us feel welcomed. House is off a dirt road and in a gated community. Scenery was beautiful and in the trees. Peaceful and relaxing. House was expansive, plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. Kids room was separated from master and common area, giving them independence. Kitchen was well stocked with every gadget including a French press and blender. Water is trucked in so we were nervous about using too much water. Made the house feel more like a camping cabin. There were plenty of games and puzzles to keep kids off electronics. Everything went great. Couldn't have asked for anything different other than the description said there was a hot tub and there definitely is not a hot tub.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Our family had a great week together exploring the natural beauty of the area. We also fell in love with the town of Williams. The house was set up perfectly for our group. The only issue being with the heat, the central AC didn’t cool off the studio above the garage. A window unit would be helpful.

Stayed May 26, 2024We loved this rental and highly recommend it. The home was spacious, clean, and full of extras (puzzles, books, movies, games). The deck gives amazing views for sunset dinners. The fire pit was great for the cold nights. We were even visited by the local cows, which was fantastic. There were 10 family members on our vacation. The home provided plenty of space for us to spread out. Lastly, the communication with the owners was fantastic. They were very responsive when we had questions. We absolutely LOVED this place!!

Stayed May 18, 2024The antique decor, lighting, and fixtures gave this home a uniquely Western feel. The hosts provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home is well maintained and immaculate. We enjoyed eating dinner on the expansive back deck overlooking a breathtaking view. While 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon entrance, we felt that the home was very accessible and a tremendous value relative to on-park and Tusayan lodging options. With two college-age children, there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy privacy, then come together for family meals, movie nights, or to play one of the many games the hosts provided. Such a warm and inviting place made a wonderful base for our family's Grand Canyon experience.
