Libby's Landing(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located in Old West Winthrop, on the river, with a stunning backyard view of the Chewuch River. This historic Winthrop house has been updated beautifully. The kitchen and bathroom are state of the art and charming. The back features lush green grass, with a little bridge that crosses the irrigation ditch, which runs between the house and the Chewuch River. Next door, you can easily traverse the Chewuch river on a walking suspension bridge which takes you on a riverwalk through 13 acres of open space.brbrThe house features two bedrooms with Queen beds. Enough room for 2 or 3 cars with trailers this house is great for snowmobilers in the winter or those with jet skis when visiting the Methow.brLots of light, with large windows that face east, south, and west. If it snows while here you will have to wait for plow service just like every other person in the valley. There are a limited number of plow companies and Methow Reservations nor the owners of the house are in control of the plow company schedules. They have many different contracts and many miles of roads, driveways...to plow. If a plow person or a snow shoveler shows up to clear any area around the house, please do not argue with them or turn them away. Move your vehicles if asked.
