The thoughtfully rustic charm will keep you coming back.brThe spacebrThe property is set in the trees, with areas of sunlight at various times of the day. You can hear the creek and waterfall nearby. There is a green space buffer of 200 feet between the property and the creek where no building can ever occur. The loft is on the second floor of a 12 x 36 building with an 8 x 8 L shape. The trains can be heard in the distance. There are lots of windows, and glass to provide an open and airy feeling, with lots of lighting for minimal or bright settings. There is no sheet rock in the entire second floor, all the walls and floors are wood except low pile carpeting in the entry area and bedroom.brGuest accessbrGuests have full access to the upstairs loft and deck, with chairs and table, and a misting system for hot days. Guests also have private access to the backyard and side yard area. There are seasonally lots of plants and herbs in the backyard and a picnic table in the side yard. The backyard deck area features boardwalk like decking, a metal chiminea, gas barbecue, and outdoor tub/shower. Free range chickens roam the property, if you do not want any chickens coming around, we will keep them enclosed at your request.
