    Clean penthouse apartment with a fantastic view. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you will need such as washing machine and large fridge. Fully enclosed balcony was great for our afternoon chill. Will definitely book again but maybe later in the year as the resort was a little quiet. Fantastic communicator from the host. A stress free break.

    Immaculate apartment with amazing views and in prime location for ease of access to beach, supermarket across the street and numerous restaurants to choose from. Lovely garden area and easy entrance into the large pool. Ideal for people with limited mobility. Loved it all.

    Great apartment for 2 people, perfect beach location, fantastic sea view, very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to stay there again in the future.

    Pros: The apartment was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The views were amazing, the pool area was stunning and opened straight to the beach. We had a perfect say, would happily recommend and hopefully we will return again.

    Pros: Having stayed in other Studio Apartments within the Butiplaya building, this apartment is unquestionably the best we have encountered. It’s been modernised to a very high standard and the facilities available are second to none. The owner Aldina was a joy to deal with.

    Pros: Super schönes sauberes Apartment mit einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Sehr gut Ausgestattet,es fehlte an nichts es war alles da was man so braucht. Sehr großes Zimmer mit einen gemütlichen Wintergarten.Hier konnte man bei einem Glas Wein herlich entspannen und die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Ganz ganz Nette Vermieter die alles ausführlich erklären und immer einen guten Tip parat haben .Die lage ist einfach optimal .Wir sind duch den Garten mit einem sehr großen Pool mit direktem Zugang zum Meer gegangen,(der natürlich dazu gehört)und sind gute 6 Kilometer am Strand nach Calahonda gewandert,mit einigen zwischen stops und einigen Erfrischungsgetränken ,dann wieder zurück. Es sind zahlreiche gute Restaurants und sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl)vorhanden. Auch die Busverbindungen sind einfach genial! Auch der Wochen Markt der 2x die Woche ist , ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen! Wir können dieses schöne Apartment sehr gerne weiter empfehlen,und kommen auf jeden Fall öfters wieder!!!! Vielen Dank liebe Familie Rateisack es war wirklich sehr schön!!! Bis bald!!!

    Pros: Denne leiligheten er midt i blinken for oss. Alt du trenger er i kort gangavstand.Vi som spiller golf, synes beliggenheten er veldig bra. Det er bare noen minutters kjøretur til mange av banene i Mijasområdet. Leiligheten har en fantastisk beliggenhet med flott utsikt mot fjell og hav. Hvis du vil nyte solen, er det bare å ta med solsengene ned i hagen som tilhører blokken. Fra hagen er det port direkte ut til strandpromenaden som vi benyttet og gikk lange turer. Eierne var også veldig koselige og imøtekommende.

    Pros: Apartment was clean and bright. It suited our needs perfectly and was very central with pool and beach on hand. Perfect for a couple who were interested in relaxing, Kitchen was on the small side but fine for preparing light snacks. We ate out a lot and there are lots of small local eateries close by all very reasonably priced.
