Mt Defiance Cabin with Columbia River View

We liked everything about this property. The owner's were great and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special!! We would stay there again given the opportunity.

We had a great time at the cabin! We enjoyed sitting on the front deck and watching the wildlife- quail, deer, bunnies - and a lovely view in the gorge. The cabin was lovely inside as well.

Our stay was fabulous. Such a comfortable location and space. Very clean. Great views. We have nothing negative to say, we completely enjoyed our stay.

Majestic Columbia Gorge scenery; tranquil interior decorating; cheerful lighting from well-placed windows; luxurious towels and bed linens; a kitchen well-stocked with pots, tools, and seasonings; a large TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime; a beautiful location outside of town but still very close to restaurants and grocery store; and exceptional cleanliness! The hosts were very courteous and accommodating of our special requests. These hosts and this property are to be highly recommended!

The cabin was lovely, easy to find, good view, quiet, well stocked, easy communication, excellent bed. I would stay here again.

Very nice modern and nicely decorated cabin, but with some awkward attributes. Dining table and chairs tiny. No washer and dryer or dishwasher. So, a stay of more than a few days would not be considered.

This cabin is the perfect place for my wife and myself. It is very comfortable, with nice outdoor seating. The hosts were very nice and responsive.

When we pulled into the property, we were greeted by 10 to 15 wild turkeys. It was awesome to see them just walk around the car. When we opened the door to the house it felt like a home. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The views were outstanding. We were blessed to actually run into Libby and Craig at the property. Just two wonderful people. We would stay here every time we visit.

This is a great cabin in a fun area of Washington. We stayed in the same cabin last year and it was the perfect place to come back to after hiking in the area. This year was too hot for hiking so we spent a lot of time on the Stevenson waterfront, and it was so nice to come home to the cool, clean cabin. It has everything we need for a fun getaway. The welcome goodies were very appreciated. And Backwoods Brewing was even better than last year. We hope to stay in this cabin again.

The cabin is small, but clean and well stocked. The view is fantastic. Would stay here again.

Libby and Craig are great hosts! Their place is perfect for a couple and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Their property is convenient, quiet, and has a good view of the Gorge. I highly recommend it!

This cabin was perfect for two. It was conveniently located for our hiking and trail running adventures and the town of Stevenson had everything we needed for stocking up on groceries as well as different restaurant options. The cabin was modern and clean and the hosts provided thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. We enjoyed the open space, view of the river, and watching deer and wild turkeys from the back and side porches. We would love to return and would recommend this cabin to friends or anyone looking to explore the area.

My wife and I have stayed at Mt. Defiance many times over the last four years, and every time, we have the same great experience. Zero complaints.

Sunrises over the mountain out the front door. A herd of Elk 50+ strong grazing out front one morning. 20minutes in any direction from amazing waterfalls. Host was quick with responses and left us a bunch snacks! We loved this little cabin and 10/10 will be recommending to friendsa

The Cabin was comfy and just enough room for two adults. Very impressed with how clean and well equipped the cabin was. The king size was so comfortable!! The location was perfect and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you for an enjoyable two night stay!

We were in town for a wedding so constantly on the go. Easy in and out with an open area of parking. Cute cabin.

Perfect tranquil location, close (about a mile) to Stevenson. Great hosts, they left us a nice welcome basket of goodies and a card with their contact information in case we needed anything. were met Craig upon arrival.

We had such a nice time staying in this cabin. Beautiful hikes are short drives away, and we had fun checking out local brewpubs -- I especially recommend Backwoods Brewing. The cabin had everything we needed. Thanks, Libby! We're already looking forward to coming again next year.

Nice cozey cabin. Nice quiet area. Distant view of the Columbia river and mountains. A nice basket of treats and a welcome card were left for us. No problems with anything. Bed is very comfortable. Would stay again if returning to the area.
