Fast WiFi, 50” smart TV in the living room and 40 smart TV in the main bedroom. Window AC units for air conditioning and each room is heated with thermostat controlled infrared units. It is within close driving proximity to Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Chic's Beach, Downtown Norfolk, Old Dominion University, and Christopher Newport University. brThe house sits only about 100 feet away from the beach, with a short path from your backyard past my other rental house to access the beach. There are no steep dunes or stairways to navigate, no streets to cross, and the access is not shared with the public.brHousebroken and well-behaved pets are allowed with payment of the pet fee. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest. brbr-No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest. brbr-Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest. brbr-Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds.
