There is a wet bar features a full size fridge w/ ice maker, microwave, coffee maker and additional seating. You will also find a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. At the dock - swimming is great, deep water(15-20 feet at the end of our dock) in a secluded cove - no wake zone! Our slip is closest to the shore line with the jet ski lift. While there is plenty of room to tie up your boat to our main dock(the boat lift is not available for guest usage), you have access to this slip if needed - we just ask that you don't tie up anything to the floating swim platform, you are welcome to tie up to the floating dock attached to our main dock.brbrUpon your arrival you'll find starter items...toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap, and kitchen towels to get you started for your week.brbrBath towel sets are included for 10 persons - please do not use down at that lake. Again, on the plus side, since our home is closer to the water, the walk from the house to the dock is shorter and less steep. Our neighbors on the other hand...their home is at the top of the hill, easy driveway, but have a long, steep walk to the water. If you were to compare our home to others in the area, I think being closer to the water with less steps far out weighs any negatives related to driveway.
