Recently updated 1 BR Condo with stunning lake views - No cleaning or linen fees

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed amenities, location, and views. It was peaceful sitting on the balcony looking at the scenic and peaceful area. Check-in and check-out were easy and the communication was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable place

Took my wife for a quick birthday get away and had a wonderful time. The views of the lake and the accommodations was more than we had expected. It snowed on Friday night so Saturday we went out on the really nice big balcony and just sit and took pictures. Everything was just perfect and due to weather owners told us to just take our time leaving on Sunday. We are planning on coming back this summer!! Loved this place!!!!

Being that this property is on a lake it is primarily a summer resort area. That said, it made our stay in mid December even better. It was a quiet peaceful weekend with my husband. The beautiful lake view and exceptionally maintained condo made it perfect. Will definitely return... next time with the fur baby.

The property was very clean and had all the amenities you could think of such as towels, washcloths, sheets, dish cloths and towels, dish washing liquid, hand soap, paper towels and games. The owner was very helpful and they included a book of dining options and places to see. It was my best stay ever at a VRBO, we would definitely stay again.

As others have stated, Todd (the owner) provided great communication. I got a welcoming email minutes after booking. Highly recommend this as a place to stay (2 people) if visiting SML.

My wife and I (and our Jack Russel) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I brought my boat, and launching was very convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable. Be aware that the walk down to the docks has many steps, but the light cardio workout was appreciated. Overall, very nice and we will be back Great value and owner was very responsive.

Very cozy condo on the waterfront. Todd was very responsive to ensure all was going well. The sunset from the porch was majestic. I look forward to staying there again.

Just an incredible stay from start to finish. Such an awesome location and very close to a lot of conveniences. Todd was such a gracious host and was a fantastic communicator. We cannot wait to come back!

Our host provided great communication and was very accommodating. Stripers Landing was convenient, well lit, and had great waterfront views. The condo was just enough for 2 people. It was stocked very well. It was also very convenient to parking and had only 10 steps to the front door. We would stay there again!

We stayed at this wonderful condo for 3 nights when we traveled to Moneta from NJ for a family emergency. Todd, the host, could not have been kinder or more accommodating to us. His condo is immaculate, welcoming, warm and homey. We will definitely be back when we visit family here! Thank you, Todd for being so kind during our difficult time.

The host was very responsive and helpful as we planned our trip. They were flexible with our arrival time, and helpful with offering suggestions on places to eat, etc, for our trip. While we never met, I feel like I made a friend at SML. When we return, we will definitely stay here. The condo was lovely, and well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The condo is absolutely adorable.y daughter and I loved the accommodations and the decorations. We had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is a hike, but we're used to that now. Definitely recommend.

Condo was very nice and comfortable. Todd was a super host. During our stay the AC broke and Todd was quick to respond with a solution. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Everything was great!

My partner, dog and I stayed at this cute apartment by the lake to attend a weekend reunion/gathering with family and friends! The spot is conveniently located, has an amazing view of the lake from the living room and balcony, and Todd communicated efficiently beforehand and provided everything we could need to make our stay relaxing and efficient. Highly recommend staying here for a visit to Smith Mountain Lake.

My husband & I have rented this same condo multiple times and would do so even more often if work load and family responsibilities would allow because they are wonderful hosts!

Todd was an amazing host. Easy check in for us even though we were arriving very late. He even left a light on for us since we arrived so late. He was informative and communicative. Todd even told us we could check out a little later if needed since no one booked the place for the following day of our departure. Easy check out instructions and requirements. A truly great host. One thing to note, if you are driving in a night, there is a TON of deer all over the road to the area. Be careful and cautious when driving at night.

Condo was clean had a great view of the lake and was well equipped. The only small negative was storage for clothes. The one closet was full of supplies for the condo.

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with my family. The pool was awesome, the condo was clean and cozy, and the location is a close drive to multiple restaurants, parks and other activities. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is well kept, neat and well supplied. Todd and Rhonda Marcum even had a swivel/rocker/recliner in the living room! I really enjoyed that as well as the view from their deck overlooking part of Smith Mountain Lake. The Marcum's were very accommodating and made our stay something we will always remember. We hope to return soon and highly recommend this property to any couple looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful scenery. Finally, early this morning we saw three deer and a black bear on the property! That was a bonus!

The area is beautiful, felt very safe walking my pups in the evening. Condo was perfect for 2 people. Only wish I would have booked it a couple more days.

Came to the property for our anniversary get-away. We were just looking for a little relaxation and quiet time and this property met our expectations. Time of year had a lot to do with it and would expect it to be more busy in the summer. Thanks for a great place.

The accommodations were excellent - the space is small like a hotel room but every thing is provided - kitchenette, utensils, etc. A pleasant surprise for our two night stay.

We stayed in the area for the funeral of my father. It was the perfect place to be able to recharge and decompress. Everything was very inviting.

Best RVBO we’ve stayed in! Extremely clean, lovely decor, beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Loved sitting there having my coffee in the morning. Best of all is the owner Todd that really made us feel welcomed! Highly recommended staying here.

Nice property, nothing fancy, but clean and very good location. Value priced and convenient to Westlake and all the home tour properties. We’ll plan to come back next year.

We had a great stay at the condo. The view is amazing. You get the best of both worlds with the mountain and lake views. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would def stay here again.

This was the perfect place for us! We enjoyed the balcony (especially at sunset), pool and walking around the property with our dog. Very clean and Todd was very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! The community park with trails is near by and the State Park is about 30 min away.

Great stay!

My stay at this condo was SML was perfect in every conceivable way . Outside of being an ideal location on the lake, the owners thoughtfully anticipated every possible need of their guests. From sunscreen, morning coffee and k-cups, down to lamps and tables with usb charging for those like me that forgot a plug. The condo is so warming , relaxing, and comfortable that all I did was relax and recharge. When I return to SML, this is 100% the place I am staying. Thank you for such an amazing experience! I really can’t say enough!

Check in process was seamless. Properly is very clean. Host communicated very well. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

The property was adorable & clean, had all we needed to make our stay pleasurable and located with easy access to amenities and parking lot. The owners put care into their decor to give you a lake feel. Loved the white washed wood wall! The patio has comfortable seating and the view is beautiful. Stripper's Landing did not have a boat slip for us to use so we had to leave it at the marina that we rented it from which was fine. SML is probably the best lake we have been on. The weekends are busy on the lake so I would suggest visiting M-F if your plans are to be on the lake. Todd was accomodating before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again♥ Thanks for the memories!

The space was perfectly comfortable for a relaxing getaway. The condo's little details made our stay special -- from decorations to amenities. The view of the lake from the balcony patio is beautiful. Even though it rained most of the time, we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and squeezing in pool time at the large, well-kept pool. Everything was clean, well-furnished, and pleasant. We contacted Todd for a minor issue with the high-tech thermostat, but he responded promptly and was able to fix the issue remotely. Restaurants are nearby, and the Smith Mt Lake State Park is only a 30-minute drive from the condo. We'd definitely stay here again!
