Heating and maintaining the hot tub takes time and energy, so please let us know before arrival if you plan to use it. Access instructions and usage rules are outlined in the Welcome Manual.brbr- Located in a peaceful setting, this house has three well-decorated bedrooms, each with a 55-inch wall-mounted TV. The bedrooms come with a digital alarm clock offering wireless charging, five white noise options, and a three-color night light. The upstairs bedrooms have large king-size beds and an adjoining bathroom. On the ground floor, there’s a bedroom with a king-size bed near a beautiful bay window that lets in plenty of natural light, along with a queen sofa bed in the living room, which also features a 65-inch TV. Additional sleeping futons are situated between the kitchen and the screened porch. This home also features two stylish bathrooms: one upstairs with a bathtub and one downstairs with a shower, both equipped with deluxe waterfall showerheads.brbr- Our lovely Bell House is only two minutes from Wards Road, the primary business thoroughfare. You’ll find CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, and more. Its location is highly convenient for all colleges in the Lynchburg area and provides easy access to highways.brbr- At the front of the house, there is a cozy seating area, while the screened porch at the back comes equipped with comfortable seats, LED lighting, and a selfie wall featuring a pink “love” sign that lights up at the push of a button.brbr- The well-equipped kitchen is fully stocked with an air fryer, a 4-slice toaster, and a crockpot for our guests. It has all the essentials for baking and cooking, including various spices, a water kettle, and an outstanding coffee station. The coffee station has a starter kit with K-cups, medium roast ground coffee, decaffeinated ground coffee, instant medium roast coffee, cappuccino mix, a milk frother, and a French press. We also provide five different sweeteners, cinnamon, four syrup flavors (French vanilla, hazelnut, vanilla, caramel), hot chocolate, and mini marshmallows. Additionally, there’s a glass teapot with a selection of teas in the kitchen.brbr- The living room provides plush seating, with the couch doubling as a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests.brbr- The house is equipped with USB outlets and wireless chargers for guests. An upstairs bedroom features a convenient desk.brbr- A spacious deck extends from the side of the house, accessible via the screen porch without steps or the back staircase. It features a gas grill, a two-person swing, and a large dining table with an umbrella, ensuring delightful outdoor meals with your loved ones.brbr- From our house, deck, and screen porch, you can enjoy an excellent view of the Liberty University monogram on Liberty Mountain. Potential noise from the train.brbr Shoes: To help maintain cleanliness, we kindly request that you leave your shoes outside the bedrooms.brbr Illegal Activities: Strictly prohibited.brbr Air Conditioning: To ensure the air conditioning unit operates efficiently and to prevent malfunctions, please avoid setting the thermostat below 68°F. Lower temperatures may cause the unit to freeze and stop working. Also, please keep the heat below 73°F to help conserve energy.brbrImportant Update: The mini split in the upstairs bedrooms is currently not working and will be replaced. Each upstairs bedroom is equipped with its own space heater, which keeps the rooms very comfortable. The rest of the home’s HVAC system is fully operational.brbrWasher and Dryer: A washer and dryer are not available for guest use.brbr Emergency Exits: In an emergency, guests should use the front or back doors. The kitchen offers direct access to the screened porch and deck via the back door.brbrCheck in: Guests have the option to perform a self-check-in. The kitchen has commercial grade appliances, leatherized granite countertops, and a large island. Step down from the kitchen to a sunny breakfast room. The dining room features a custom-made table that seats 14. Two inviting living areas with TV's increase the possibilities for gathering: one living area just steps off the kitchen has a fireplace made of historic cobblestones.brbrUpstairs, the master bedroom w/ queen bed and master bath is on one side, and three additional bedrooms on the other. The three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a jacuzzi-type tub & shower. Five skylights let the sun in through the gambrel roof. brbrSUNFLOWER SUITE: The spacious second living area is part of a 2 story wing off the kitchen we refer to as the Sunflower Suite. The large open downstairs room of the suite includes a smart TV, couches, a kids' corner filled with toys and games and desk/work area. Up to 4 can sleep in this room (sleeper sofa + futon), and the drop leaf table behind the couch can be used for dining or a game table. At the back of the house, the breakfast room and sunflower suite open out into the backyard. Our pergola was custom-made of large cedar trees harvested on the farm. Roses and Clematis will eventually cover it completely. The fire pit (weather conditions permitting) warms things up on cool evenings.brbrThere is a sauna in the woods about 50 feet away from the house. The neighborhood remains quiet and residential, offering a comfortable stay with convenient access to shopping, dining, and essentials.brbrGuests will have full access to the entire townhome with the exception of three locked owner closets (one downstairs and two upstairs). These areas are not accessible during your stay. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles. There are no assigned parking spaces at this time. There are no cameras inside the home, and guest privacy is always respected. An ecobee temperature sensor is located on the second floor to help maintain consistent comfort; it does not record video or audio. Quiet hours are observed to respect neighbors.
