Stayed Dec 12, 2025Directions for check in/check out were very simple and helpful. The space was super cozy and felt very private, despite being so close to downtown Lynchburg. I appreciated the warning about potential noise from the pipe factory, but we could hardly hear anything from inside and weren't bothered by it one bit! This was the perfect place to stay and get ready for a friend's wedding, and I would stay here again if I ever find myself back in Lynchburg!

Stayed May 7, 2025We enjoyed our time at the apt! Aesthetically attractive with some industrial touches, fitting for location near pipe works factory. Snacks, K-cups, and Flour District cookies were very welcoming, as was the graduation banner for our LU grad. Definitely recommend for a small party looking for close proximity to downtown offerings!
