There`s a great front porch with a propane fire pit for your enjoyment. There`s also a BBQ and chairs for you to cook and lounge out while enjoying the fresh mountain air!

Enter the unit to the entry and kitchen space. Equipped with all the normal appliances as well as an air fryer and crock pot! There is no formal dining room but there are bar stools at the island for your dining enjoyment.

You have a wrap around sofa, large TV and wood burning stove to the left of the entry. A perfect space for you to unwind after a long day of outdoor activities!

Continue straight and you`ll have your dual washer and dryer, the full bathroom with a great walk in shower and your 2 bedrooms.

The radiant floor heat is always a nice plus and the new (2025) mini split units provide warmth and AC no matter what time of year you`ve chosen to join us.

This is contactless entry. You`ll be given a code prior to arrival.

Very quiet, residential road. Close to everything yet private enough to feel like a week/weekend hideout!

You will need a car to get most places. You can walk to the swimming pond and you can walk to town but anything else you`ll want at least a bike.

Please note. This is a DUPLEX. There’s no way to select that with VRBO.

$250 CREDIT CARD HOLD - This will be applied 1 day before check-in and will serve as your security deposit. Funds will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout baring any damages.

TRASH:
No LOOSE trash in any outside trash cans. Animals will make a mess & trash collectors will NOT pick up your trash.
Note: There`s a $100 fine for un-bagged trash in the bins.
