Perfect family home! Very well stocked! Very clean. Great floor plan for entire family to be together.

Our extended family all gathered for a local wedding weekend and this property was perfect. The communication and check-in process with the host was simple and efficient. Lots of spacious areas for morning coffee and relaxing. No one felt like they were on top of everyone else. We will certainly be back for a longer stay when were not so busy and we can enjoy ourselves more.

It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It is well equipped. We had trouble finding stuff a couple times and the host replied quickly and could point us to the right cabinet.

We were pleasantly surprised to get the notice we could check-in early so off we set to Vermont! We arrived to a beautiful, peaceful and serene house! Great large home with lots of room to sleep, hang as a family, cook in a very well stocked kitchen, etc. it had anything we could have needed to cook with, play with, etc. the icing on the cake was the really cool pond that the kids loved exploring, catching and releasing frogs, newts etc. would love to visit again next year when we’re in town for the green mountain challenge soccer tournament

House is amazing. Set beautifully on a slight hill (perfect for sledding!!). Clean and pristine upon arrival. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and linen closet with anything you may need or forgot to bring. Owner very responsive. Highly recommended

Wonderful house. Owner made sure house was well stocked with kitchen items and wood for stove. House was very clean, minutes to town and only 25 minutes to Stratton. We had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

A group of 10 adults enjoyed a wonderful fall weekend at this house. The house is as described and is in a convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and other sites. The property surrounding the house is pretty with a big deck to enjoy outdoors. The house is very clean and well stocked with plenty of large windows for great natural light. The 10 of us had plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing and we enjoyed using the kitchen and sitting area for one of the nights that we stayed in for a birthday celebration. Communication with the owner was immediate and always helpful. We had no issues while staying at the house and I will stay there again if back in that area.

This was our 2nd stay and it was as successful as the 1st stay. This property is very clean and the house and amenities are perfect for our large family gathering. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family meal! We are already planning our next visit. Our family loves Manchester and this location is perfect!

Our family stayed for four nights over the weekend of our son's wedding and it was wonderful! Lots of open space inside and out to stretch out and relax as well share together-time. The shaded area of the grounds was wonderful for the firepit at night as well as taking groomsmen photos the day of the wedding (at The Old Gray Barn in Dorset). Great stay!

The property was perfect. We had four couples in town for another friends 60th birthday celebration. We all enjoyed are stay. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed many coffee and wine time on the back deck and front deck as well. Location was very convenient to all our activities (golf at The Equinox and party at Frost Moon Mountain). The house was very clean. Shannon was super easy to reach and was very quick to respond anytime we reached out. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay at Birch Hill.

Some of us are Vermonter’s returning to Manchester for a music festival. Some friends “first timers” joined us and we had a wonderful week! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well appointed. Nestled in the beauty of Manchester Vermont. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and communicating with Shannon was effortless. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house, well-maintained and kept immaculately clean. It Is very spacious and the individual bedrooms are very private. The great room is a fantastic space for gathering. The house is well equipped in all ways. Plenty of clean linens and towels, extra bedding, comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with every type of cooking tool and basic pantry items that we needed plus much more. The large crock pot was very useful. Each bedroom is individually climate controlled, including a/c, which was very accommodating for a group of 5 individuals with varying temperature preferences. Plenty of hot water. Sitting out on the front and rear decks was peaceful and relaxing with the beautiful landscape and views! The property is conveniently located just a few minutes from the charming town of Manchester. We enjoyed some very good nearby restaurants, beautiful hiking spots, and shopping. Hildene is also nearby and was quite impressive. The owners were extremely responsive to questions, and a pleasure to deal with! Would gladly visit this property again in the future!

House was a perfect home base for our group. We enjoyed the spaciousness so we could all spread out. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen as we ate in several nights. The outside grill worked great for a BBQ. We would return in a heartbeat! Thx again.
